TOXINS
Toxins can be present in any part of the body namely,
intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, etc in forms of solids, liquids,
air, etc.
Toxin pathways are stools, sweat, urine, breath, etc.
Many Diseases form in the body because we are unable to
expel these toxins efficiently.
Major cause of disease is due to constipation or not excreting
(motions) regularly.
There is a saying in an Indian language Prataha Kalam,
Mala Darshanam which literally means Expelling waste
early in the morning

nutshell of the basics of Anatomy and Physiology of
the Human Body.
He even correlated the Human Body with Yoga practice. It is our fortune to have extraordinary people
like Mr. S.K. Reddy who look ancient science of Yoga
through modern approach and understanding. His
work has helped us understand Anatomy and Physiology better in relation to Yoga.

RAJA
Within the gamut of Raja yoga there exist various other
types of yoga like Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar,
Mantra, Laya, Vinyasa, Kriya, Japa, Tantra, etc.
There are many philosophies in the world and Eastern ideologies are focussed more towards the inner being of an
entity. The concepts including Atman, Paramatman, Brahman,
Consciousness, Material World, Intellect, Mind, Fluctuations of
the Mind (Chitta), Qualities (Gunas), Prana (Life or Vital Force),
Panchatatva, Karma, Dharma, Moksha, Samadhi (Yoga), etc.
These aspects of life which are critical for Human Existence are
understood briefly.
Experts in the field modified the practice and called the yoga
after their names for instance sivananda, charandas, Bikram,
Iyengar, et cetera

SHATKRIYAS
MEDITATION
It is said that the cosmos has the secret to the unknown and
abundance of wisdom and we have to seek it with meditation.
One can unlock the creative potential and the ability to think
clearly. Strategic Planning is possible only in the meditative
state. Meditation allows for sustainable thinking to develop.
YOGA THERAPY
While our age changes, our stage in life too transforms and we
must be cautious about exercises. Few exercises can be done
only at certain age after which we must choose a safer option.
Yoga is the safest yet one must be careful. Every exercise has a
tendency of sustaining more or less injuries.

FINAL WORD
There is no reason why one should remain unhap-
