SPECIAL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION IN OCULAR PHARMACOLOGY


FOR OPTOMETRISTS
RESULT RELEASED IN TWO (2) WORKING DAYS

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3 out of 11 passed the
Special Certification Examination in Ocular Pharmacology for Optometrists given by the
Board of Optometry in Manila this November 2016.
The members of the Board of Optometry are Dr. Teresita R. Yambot, Chairman;
Dr. Mary Rose S. Paredes, Dr. Maria Elizabeth B. Valconcha, Dr. Bernardita A. Garcia and
Dr. Vivian S. Sarabia, Members.

Schedule of registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID)


and Certificate of Registration will be on November 29, 2016. Those who will register
are required to bring the following: Notice of admission, duly accomplished Oath Form
or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white
background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful
examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered
Professionals.
The performance of schools in the November 2016 Ocular Pharmacology (For
Optometrist) Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as
PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in
licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is
as follows:
