My roles and responsibilities include:

Trouble shooting hardware and software issues with servers, desktops, laptops,
routers and printers etc...

Maintaining domain, email, and firewall and access control servers.

Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type


of computers and peripheral equipment modifications.
