About the company:

SARAPLAST PVT LTD is a unique organization which is a harbinger and pioneer in

the field of portable sanitation and liquid waste management. The company has a
manufacturing and service division. The manufacturing division which is referred to
as the factory is based at #34 BU Bhandari Industrial Estate, Sanaswadi,
Tal.Shirur. Dist. Pune. At the factory we have high quality rotational molding,
extrusion and forming machines where we mold polyethylene to make portable toilet
cabins urinal stand, waste treatment plants and other sanitation products and
accessories.

The products are then dispatched to our service division 3S-SHRAMIK where we
offer these products to the construction and event industry for their sanitation needs
on sites and temporary requirements for the labor and executives. Our revenue is
derived from the service we offer along with the toilets; which includes thorough
automated cleaning, evacuation and disposal of the waste that we provide for these
toilets using superior vehicle mounted vacuum and high pressure machines. It is a
complete environmental solution to ensure good hygiene and quality sanitation for
migrant/temporary sites.

Our waste treatment plants are available in various technologies and can be
provided in various sizes. We also have a special tertiary treatment system which is
very popular with small resorts and places where there is a space restriction and
waste recycling of waste becomes a necessity.

The methodologies are at par with various European and American standards.
The division is also ISO 9001-2000 certified and complies with very strict systems
and standards.

Our organization is one of its kinds in India and we plan to be the largest sanitation
services and waste management company in this part of the world.
Salient features:

1. HDPE material used for the entire body of the toilet cabin as against FRP which
is commonly used in the local market. HDPE is 100% recyclable and available in
eco friendly colors.
2. Water saver- the flushing system or drop tank uses minimum possible water
around 300-600 millilitres as against 15 litres used up by a standard flush toilet.
3. No electricity required as the toilet has a translucent roof for ample light during
the day and can be placed under street light during the night.
4. Light weight and portable making them easily transportable from place to place
without much effort
5. Mains free- which means no sewerage or septic connection required. Waste is
evacuated using high quality specially designed vacuum suction machines
mounted on trucks.
6. Ergonomically designed to suit the human factor in case of accident or being
pushed down. The toilet cabin has no sharp edge that may hurt a person in such
a situation
7. The toilet is designed to German DIN , United States ANSI and British BIS
standards.

9. All waste generated is primarily pre treated in the waste tank of the toilet using
bio chemicals which are made from plant extracts and enzymes.
10. The waste is disposed off as per international waste regulation norms into a
sewage treatment plant or designated sewer line.
11. Trained staff with modern communication systems- Mobile phones and GPS
have been installed on trucks which clean these toilets regularly to ensure
proper hygienic and efficient cleaning.
12. Employment generation-we offer jobs to women and similar self help groups to
maintain and for conservancy of these products thus creating opportunity for
work and also for dignity and uplifting of the masses in a small but respectful
