ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT STUDY

Introduction
The focus of this chapter is mainly on the wholeness of the organization as a business and
the study of how it is managed. This chapter tackles about employee qualification and
requirements, their duties and responsibilities as well as the structure of the organization and its
manpower requirement. This also includes the organizational chart and the flow of authority
within the organization. This chapter shows on how the organization functions as a business, its
working conditions and safety, its policies and other facts that will aid on the effectiveness and
efficiency of managing the business to attain a sustainable and growing establishment. Through
this the enterprise can acquire innovative technologies and plan dynamically ti achieve
competitive advantage among its competitors.
A. Basic Consideration
In the preparation of the business, the proponents must first see if the guidelines and
other sources are being done in a good way, if its properly equipped and other needed things in
managing. The owners must gauge the risk that they should take to the return that they will
acquire so as to maximize the business profits. They must take into account the following: (1)
profitability of the product, (2) marketability of the project, (3) total costs and other expenses to
be incurred, (4) demand in the public.
