Enrolment

It is apparent from the graph that the


enrolment of the school has been dwindling for the past
five years. This alarming decrease of enrolment was
due to the advocacy on family planning.

shown strong advocacy on the promotion
of good health and proper nutrition. There
was no record of malnourished pupils for
the past three years.
Feeding programs were initiated to
meet the normal Body Mass Index of the
learners.

All the teachers of Dugmanon Elementary School was already


trained about the K to 12 Curriculum except for the Grade Six
Adviser. School Learning Action Cell(SLAC) on ELLN is conducted to
intensify the K to 12 Curriculum and ensure the literacy and
numeracy of learners.

The MOOE allocation of Dugmanon Elementary School


for FY 2015 is 135,000.00. The circle graph shows the amount
allocated per allowable purchases as stated in the UACS. For
FY 2015 the utilized amount is P 132,418.84 this means that
99.70 % of the allocated MOOE of the school is utilized.

As Shown in the line graph, it is quite obvious that the


MPS for the past three years is increasing. However, if look
into the MPS per subject. It is apparent that there was a
gradual decrease of the MPS of Hekasi during the school
year 2013-2014. But for the rest of the subjects there was a
steady increase of MPS.

It is apparent that during the conduct of the English Pretest for Phil-IRI there is higher number of pupils in the
Frustration Level and a lesser number of Independent readers. But
during the conduct of the Post test there is an immense
improvement in the decrease of the number of pupils belonging to
the Frustration level and the increase of the number of
Independent readers.

Looking at the graph of the result of the


conduct of the Filipino Pre-test for Phil-IRI there is an
astronomical number of pupils in the Frustration Level
and a fewer number of Independent readers. However
during the conduct of the Post test there is an
immense improvement in the decrease of the number of
pupils belonging to the Frustration level and the
increase of the number of Independent readers.
