Step :
First, turn your computer off. Second,

Creole onion soup
This is a traditional french dish
adapted by the creoles of new orleans. It
is sometimes known as Loooney soup.
Ingredients :
75 gr unsaltedbutter
6 large onions, peeled and sliced-salt

1 tbsp brown sugar


600 ml beef stock
60 gr plain flour
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcester Sauce

Method
:
1. Melt butter slowly

time to time, until the onions
have browned

boil

6. Add chicken stock

simmer 25 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

extra soybean milk if soup is too
thick.

Banana bread recipe
Ingredients
3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed

Method
:
Preheat the oven 350F (I75C). With a
wooden spoon, mix butter with the
mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl,
add sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle the

Pour mixture into a buttered 4 x 8 inch
loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on rack
