Adriana Granados
o Im a bit of an introvert, so I wont be the loudest, most verbal of

the team. However, this makes me a thinker. Count on me for

brainstorming/coughing up ideas! I am a stickler for timeliness
and have great organizational skills. I admit, I have a soft heart,
making me compassionate by nature. I keep the peace around
me as I like things leveled. In the same way I respect other
peoples times, I expect people to be mindful of mine also.
Commitment means a lot to me, so I would love to see others as
engaged in the project.

Amy Brown
o What I bring to the team is being able to put everyones ideas into one coherent
format by listening to what everyone has to say, and putting it all together. Im
very quiet myself, and tend to not speak up as much, but I make up for that by
being a good listener and being open minded about everyones ideas.
Anmoldeep Singh
o Im kind of guy who tends to seek perfection in every aspect and move forward to
learn more about the thing I am going to be working on, like the researcher for
the team. Moreover, I am an interpersonal person who love to take part in a
conversation or a topic that is going on. I like working in a team because I get to
learn from my fellow partners. I will be working as the communication coordinator
to keep our team updated and connected on what we are going to do and what
has been done.

o I am shy, so I am not someone who does the talking, but more listening. I love
listening to others and is always open minded. I always have a positive mindset.
Jennifer Agyeman
o What I uniquely bring to the team is being an open minded,

encouraging individual. I believe by being open minded and

encouraging, it will create a strong group connection amongst
the team, and successfully accomplish our team project. What I

contribute to the group is my reliability. I am open to helping and

assisting my team members if they have any questions, help
with their part of the project, or concerns within the group. In
return, what I need from my fellow group members is to
communicate with me if theres any questions, sudden changes,
or concerns.

o If a team member is going to miss a meeting or be late, they must let the other

Every team member must be willing to communicate with other team members in
regards to the project in a timely manner
Consequences for Unacceptable Team Member Behaviour
If a team member misses 3 meetings without any notice, they will lose 5% of their grade
on the assignment
If a team member does not do their part of the project on time, they will lose 5% of their
grade on the assignment
If a team member fails to communicate with the group (does not respond to messages
regarding the project within 3 days), they will lose 5% of their grade on the assignment
