WE RECOMMEND YOU TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION WHILE
YOU INSTALL THE SOFTWARE AS IT CAN SOMETIMES INTERFERE WITH
THE INSTALLATION.
YOU WILL NEED A LAPTOP WITH WINDOWS XP - OR A WINDOWS 7
LAPTOP WHICH IS CAPABLE OF RUNNING XP MODE.
step 1 - create a TXT file named 'version' and place it directly into the C: drive root as
shown in figure 1

step 2 - insert the DVD titled PP2000 into your DVD player as shown in figure 2

step 3 - from the cd contents select PP2000>LEXIA45>INSTLEX3 as shown in

figure 3

step 4 - select red continue button>select english>then select OK (fig 4)>then select
the red enter button to install the software onto the C: drive (fig 5)

step 5 - software will start to install and some icons will start to appear on your
desktop a web page will also open up, please minimise this page
step 6 - the full software page will open and begin to install, just let it be, it might take
some time (fig 6) - while this is installing it would be wise to plug in the USB lexia
interface to the laptop and let it automatically install (fig 7)

step 7 - you will be prompted by these screens, click no not this time (fig 8) and
install automatically (fig 9) and just let it be, it may take a few minutes for this to be
ready to use.

step 8 - the installation screen will go green, just minimise this window and wait for
the screen as shown in fig 10 then click the red enter button, you will now notice the
yellow Lexia 3 icon on your desktop.

step 9 - now you need to insert the second CD titled DiagBox6.01 & DiagBox7.04
and click V47>Lexia_update_V347.19 AND
PP2000_update_V24.21>Lexia_update_V347.19 as shown in figure 11

step 10 - once you have selected the option as shown above you need to click 'english'
from the dropdown menu>next>i agree>install (figure 12) once the progress bar is
finished, click finish.

step 11 - RESTART your laptop when prompted (fig 13)

step 12 - once your laptop has restarted you can go ahead and clickon the yellow
Lexia 3 icon on your desktop (fig 14) & you will see a message about installing
internet update, do not worry about this, it is not actually connecting to the internet, it
is just updating because it is the first time it is being used.

step 13 - the main software screen will now open and ask you if you want to update.
When you see this screen you should ALWAYS click the red X in the top right corner
of the message (fig 15)

step 14 - in the bottom left corner you will see a round icon with F1, a spanner & a
cog -click it and then click activation/deactivation then Activation then click the f3
button (bottom right of the message box) (fig 16)

step 15 - enter the RRDI code of CH0001 and then confirm CH0001 in the box below
(fig 17)

step 16 - you will then see the screen as per fig 18 - when you see this screen - insert
the DVD titled PP2000 again and run PP2000>LEXIA45>INSTALL
INTROCUCE>LEXIA-345_Keygen_Release> just like figure 19

step 17 - get the two screens to run side by side and complete as follows CUSTOMER
CODE = CH0001, SOFT VERSION = LEXIA-347, then copy the PC identifier &
request code from the lexia 3 left hand screen and click generate (fig 20)

step 18 - copy the activation code which has just been generated on the right hand
screen into the space provided on the left hand screen fig 21, then click the enter
button

step 19 - you'll see the screen confirming it has been activated, you might want to take
a screenshot or note down these numbers. (fig 22) click enter, then you can just close
the application management screen. The Citroen software is now fully installed and
ready to use.

step 20 - if you only wish to use the CITROEN software you do not need to go any
further, if you want to install the PEUGEOT software continue to read on, and the
installation is much the same, but we recommend you continue to follow the guide
closely.
step 21 - going back to the DVR titled PP2000 then select PP2000_09B>InstPC as
shown n fig 23 - THE IT IS VITAL THAT YOU REMOVE THE USB HARDWARE
KIT - YOU MUST ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR LAPTOP IS CONNECTED TO
THE MAINS.

step 22 - on the screen that opens up click the OK button, select the english language
again, install to C: drive again, it will now begin to install (fig 24) and will take some
time, maybe make a cup of tea or hoover up.

step 23 - when completed you will see this screen (fig 25) and then click OK

step 24 - now go back to the other cd titled diagbox6.01 & diagbox7.04 and run the
update tool again as shown in fig 26 and follow the steps as you did last time

step 25 - once this has finished installing you need to restart the PC again, so click
yes, restart the computer.
step 26 - insert the USB cable again with the peugeot/lexia 3 interface attached and
follow the steps
step 27 - you will now see the PEUGEOT icon on your desktop, double click it and
allow to update, remember - it is not actually connecting to the internet at this stage, it
is simply updating for first use. Once completedthe program will automatically open,
remember to click the little X button and DO NOT search for any updates

step 28 - now go to the application management F5 button as shown in fig 27 and

click the activation/deactivation then activation button

step 29 - enter the RRDI code again CH0001& then confirm again then click OK
step 30 - now go back to the PP2000 CD and select PP2000>PP2000_09B>Install
Introduce>PP2000_Keygen_Release>PP2000_Keygen_Release as shown in fig 28

step 31 - do the keygen activation process again, the numbers might be different this
time - so make sure you follow them closely (fig 29)

step 32 - you will now get a screen telling you it is activated, again you can print,
screenshot or write down the information. and then click OK.
step 33 - the software is now ready to use and you can hook it upto a vehicle.
