to finding sources for themselves. Students will put
together a presentation on colonization around the
world.
- Look at the ideas that caused colonization, Manifest
destiny, International Tensions, 'white mans burden'
and 'nobel savage'. Read some of Duncan Campbell
Scott's poems and discuss in class.
