Looking for Store Managers in Fresh and Supermarket Stores in Cochin

Qualification - Graduation
Experience - At least two years of experience in handling retail stores
Salary - Rs.20000 to Rs.25000 monthly

This position would be responsible for Store activities in the following manner:
* 100% of the role will be into Store Operation where the person would be responsible for
managing the store function related activities.
* Support a small team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or
other colleagues in the organization.
Essentials functions include:
10% of time in managing and coordinating activities for the smooth functioning at store
20% of time in supervising the team and ensure that all activities are executed as per
plan
60% of time in ensuring implementation of processes as per SOPs laid down in Work
Smart
10% of time in coaching and training to motivate and build team
Green rated Store consistently
To coach and train maximum team members on the job to take on higher roles of
responsibilities
Targets are always achieved
To reduce dump, shrink and other losses for the store
Ensure 100% adherence to POG , SOP and promo implementation
Responsible for the P&L
Store is kept clean and hygienic
Ensure that price and promotions running in my stores are clearly displayed
communicated to all customers
Take feedback from customers to improve store operations.
Ensure that my staff are always smiling when greeting customers
Set a clear growth path for every team member
Respect for all team members including House Keeping, Security staff & motivate to work
as team.
Ensure that all issues / queries raised are resolved within one working day if not 2 within
a max of working days.
Ensure proper staff roistering
work towards reducing dump, shrink and losses from the start
Ensure that routine job cards are explained, understood and followed by all store team
members in store
Ensure that all consumables are within budget and work towards reducing costs
Ensure that decisions taken are quickly implemented on the ground without losing time

* Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification Requirements:


Candidates must have a bachelors degree or PG in Management or MBA from a reputed
institute or university.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
Around minimum 1 year in retail operations Should have had significant exposure to
areas like Store Operations, SOP, leadership,
* Demonstrated ability to manage self, peers and senior management in a matrixed
reporting environment.
* Excellent computer skills (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, and Word).
* Strong team player and interpersonal skills.
