Topic: Creating Google Forms for Assessments
Audience: Kindergarten Team
Location: Gainesville Exploration Academy
Duration: 60 minutes
Overview:
Teachers will be learning how to create a Google Form as an assessment. Specifically making
common assessments for Kindergarten Science and Social Studies Standards. Teachers will
learn how to make a Google Form for assessments. This includes making questions, adding
questions, adding pictures to questions. Teachers then will learn to administer to a student and
analyze results.
Standards: NETs for Teachers

Objectives: Teachers will learn how to use Google Forms to make quizzes for kindergarten
common assessments in science and social studies.
Materials: laptop, login to school google account, Google Chrome on computer, pen for notes,
Workshop agenda, Georgia Standards of Excellence for Science and Social Studies
