Business Consultant (Service Agreement)

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and effective as of [17 SEPTEMBER 2016],
BETWEEN:

Nathen Ertel hereafter as (Consultant),

AND:

Diamond Group of Companies (the "Company"):

POSITION:

Business Development Consultant

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and intending to be legally
bound, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. CONSULTATION SERVICES
The company hereby employs the Consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the management and
employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the
company, their financial policies, operations, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any
matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.
2. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This agreement will begin [17 SEPTEMBER 2016] to [16 SEPTEMBER 2017] with three months
probationary period.

Either party may cancel this agreement on [one] month prior notice to the other party in writing.

The Consultant will perform all his duties and responsibilities according to the scope of work/ TOR
which will be made available upon signing of the contract.

The Consultant will hold 10% share on net profit in each project which will comes by the
consultant.

Under this agreement the consultant can not conduct or to be involved any kind of business
transactions directly or indirectly with any other company through the life this agreement.

The Consultant can only leave office premises with prior authorization from company Security.

It is anticipated the consultant will spend approximately [45 HOURS PER WEEK] in fulfilling its obligations
under this contract, However, based on the volume of work the consultant may spend additional hours in
order to compete the task.
4. PLACE WHERE SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED
The consultant will perform most services in accordance with this contract at a location of the company
discretion.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The consultant will be paid monthly [3,000.00 USD] net salary, for work performed in accordance with this
agreement. The salary of the consultant will be paid until consultant has earned more than 50,000.00 $
from his shares mentioned above.
In addition to the payment the consultant will also receive they following benefits;

Accommodation
Food
Security
Transportation
Mobile top-up
Air fare every six month

5. LEAVE
The consultant will benefit from the companys leave policy which includes;
30-day paid annual leave
10-day paid annual sick leave
however, employ can request additional unpaid leave and according to HR policy the unpaid leave will
require approval from senior management of the company.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The consultant agrees that any information received by the consultant during any furtherance of the
consultant's obligations in accordance with this contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other
affairs of the company will be treated by the consultant in full discretion and will not be disclosed to any
other persons, firms or organizations.
7. EMPLOYMENT OF OTHERS
The company may from time to time request that the consultant arrange such as, conferences, business
trips, and business to business meetings. All costs to the consultant for those services will be paid by the
company, however a pre authorization and approval will be required for such events.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing the below, you acknowledge that; the terms and conditions outlined in this latter are contingent
upon the conditions outlined above and remain subject to the consultant approval of your candidacy for
the proposed position and the structure of the organizational plan.
