- need to clean up app interface, make it easier to see how to

- likes app
- one of only a few people to be willing to pay for this app, up
to 10 dollars
- need to integrate better with amazon.

- Very challenging to receive donated miles

- There is no preference of what is received, anything helps
the organization
- Primary mechanism to use miles is through foundation's
credit card
- Employees have the ability to give away seats to
organization through CSR program
- Donation is limited to charities within the approved list,
otherwise need to pay to donate
- Biggest challenges was bringing pieces together - booking
flights, hotels, obtaining a visa, and coordinating elements for
various family members
- Really enjoys planning these things, but wants it to be
simple and easy to focus on quality time
- Don't need much help organizing, normally on top of special
occasions
- Would benefit from full service (e.g., party planner) but not in
need of help otherwise
- Run out of gift ideas, could use help
- Planning is done last minute - remiinders would be useful
- Would be interested in an app that helps with the above as
well as tracking ideas that come up

She uses paper calendar, and sometimes forgot occasions if

it didn't get moved to a new calendar/ she sees the value in
remembering the event. not willing to pay for the app.
uses google calendar to track event, usually sends a
message or call to give special notice. 2. don't like giving gift,
so like if the tool give recommendations, like the recurring
gifting idea and like the option to explore the network by
sending out special gifts. willing to pay $100 a year for it.
Alex only celebrate 3 people, and don't care about other
peoples special dates. there is no need for him because he
will remember the 3 people and celebrate with them with
maximum effort and for other people he doesn't care.

Sergey thinks it is very important to have very nice packaging

for the gifts, it is more important than the gift itself. he cares
about recommending the best gift and presents in a elegant
way.

I am not going to use it because I don't like to use lots of

apps and I don't do gifting. if this is an app, I would pay no
more than $1.99 for it.

I like it, facebook does help you remember the dates. price
maximum for me will be $10, I would really like it to be free,
at least the first 5 contacts free.

I like the idea, but any calendar on the phone will does the
same thing, but this app can buy gifts, but this can be done
fairly easily, not really have a use for this.
very cool, not only track the dates, and buy your gift right in
the app, I really like it, because I don't need to leave the app.
Being able to enter the personalize ideal is very cool. very
great to keep log of previous gifting history.

- Like the notifications piece of it. Like the ability to tag, take
notes
- Profile tab is a bit dense, it's overwhelming
- Like the functionality, but really needs to hook me

- App feels cluttered. Felt confused by the experience. Would

like some sort of user education or a more simplified
experience that is maybe more guided
