Blasted surfaces to be applied with special priming coating for rubber lining and adhesive coating by brush or roller

Adhesive system may consist of one or more individual layers and; any solvents in adhesive being allowed to evaporate

For in factory lining, vulcanization is carried under pressured steam in vulcanizer

For site job, vulcanization is carried under steam to put into closed tank with blind flange
or tarpaulin. (Portable boiler is required)
Untuk pekerjaan diluar pabrik, vulkanisir dilakukan dengan uap, dan dimasukkan
kedalam tangki tertutup. (mesin boiler diperlukan)
In the case to use self curing type, vulcanizing process is not necessary
