The Swim Philippines with the cooperation of Speedo is inviting our Varsity
Swimming Team in the Inter-School Swimming Championships to be held at
Xavier School, San Juan, Manila on October 15-16, 2016. In connection to this,
may we request from your good office to allow our swimming players to participate
in the said event. This is a part of our training program we earlier prepared for the
development of our players in preparation for the upcoming SCUAA 1 Olympics
dated December 12-16, 2016.

Furthermore, may we request a vehicle with an official driver to ferry the said
participants and the usual per diem allotted to our players during the competition.
We believe that good preparation and proper training leads to the enhancement of
skills and level of competitiveness of our players.
