increasedrecall.Hefoundthatstudentswhoregularlyusedmnemonicdevicesincreasedtestscoresupto77%!
Manytypesofmnemonicsexistandwhichtypeworksbestislimitedonlybytheimaginationofeachindividuallearner.
The9basictypesofmnemonicspresentedinthishandoutincludeMusic,Name,Expression/Word,Model,
Ode/Rhyme,NoteOrganization,Image,Connection,andSpellingMnemonics.
1.MusicMnemonics
