Telkom can be seen from the


competitiveness of PT. Telkom with other telecommunication companies that
were controlled by foreign operators that have strong capital, so it will be a great
challenge for PT Telkom as the largest telecommunications company in
Indonesia. In addition to the competition with other companies, the challenges to
be faced by PT. Telkom is in terms of economic, the exchange rate of the
rupiah currently the turmoil of change the value of the rupiah currency
with foreign currency is still volatile which will affect the condition of the
economy in Indonesia and it will affect the business of PT Telkom. The other
challenge faced by PT. Telkom is currently many customer experienced a network
problem and it will be one of the obstacle for business strategy of PT. Telkom, the
customer is very important for PT. Telkom as a company in providing
telecommunications services. Customer satisfaction towards the service of the
network will be influential in business PT Telkom. The ideas to reach PT. Telkom
goals to become the king of digital in the region is part of the marketing job in
taking young people's market, people argue that telkom as a provider of
telecommunications presents its products named telkomsel is widely used by
middle class. By taking young people's market will greatly assist in better
business strategies. Right now, the internet network is very needed and become
a very big market especially for young people, they're very consumption in the
use of the internet, so commonly there will be an internet purchased several
times in a month and they choose the cheaper cost and strong signal. Their
needs will be mainly social media, and it become the target goal for the PT
Telkom in providing their services with a variety of interesting promo as well as
more affordable fares. PT. Telkom already well known for a strong signal
everywhere, it would be very profitable for young people adjusted well. These
days one person can even have more than one gadget or smartphone. Therefore
the features, advantages and ease for young people can be used to raise the
market share of PT. Telkom in Indonesia. Telephone and message should be also
