information
Using visual examples to match
students imagination.
Using the stickers to motivate students.
Magic box strategy has an excellent
effect in raises students' curiosity about
the lesson.
Checking students work by walking
around them and support them.

Suggestions for further development:

-

Including different work sheet for each

member in the group can confuse
students and lose the class time until
they understand what they should do
and follow it. So its better to give each
group different worksheet to do.

Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you
feel about conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How
did you feel about discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your
colleague react to your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you
made will your colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a
valuable experience? Why/Why not?
In general, after we discussed we agree that peer observation prepares us before the final

observation. It highlights the strength point which we should keep on and the weakness
point which we should improve. Hassa have a nice strategy to grade students attention by
her voice levels and the body language.

writing works for students as they are in grade 4 and thats will make them more familiar
