for your company. I have worked with Makayla since she began at Ardene and have
gotten to see how much she has grown in the 3 years she worked with us.
Over these years she has showed a high level of responsibly and determination and
has been a great asset to our team. In addition to her excellent accomplishments in our
company, such as receiving a promotion to be apart of our management team she has
been a great leader to our new staff and has shown a very positive attitude while
working long hours and on picking up extra shifts. She is a very reliable employee with
taking very little time off and always picking up shifts for other employees when needed.
Makayla is very dependable and always gets tasks completed on time with no
supervision necessary. Once she has been trained on a new task, she picks the
information up very quickly and does no need to be told twice on how to perform her
tasks.
I strongly believe that Makayla would be a great asset to any organization and I
