1.0 Introduction

Being one of the Top 10 Construction Company in Kuala Lumpur, AECAD has
successfully tendered for a Government project of developing a water pump station on a
land at Seksyen 89, Jalan Madge, Kuala Lumpur. Due to the complicated characteristics of
the project itself, the award decision is made as client has a high expectation and trust on on
AECAD to deliver a high quality of work upon completion of the work and hopes for no
delay. As soon as the Letter of acceptance has been received which is on 1 March 2016, a
meeting has been conducted at the clients office on 10 March 2016 due to the intention of
client to operate the Water Pump Station before on 1 June 2017 to serve the users around
that area. Hence, the project commencement date has been set on 5 May 2016 by the
project team.

As a senior project manager working in the consultancy company, water pump


station deterministic work programme is being scheduled in detailed after discussion
carried out within the project team in order to achieve minimum construction period.

Assume there are no exception days on public holidays.
