Terms of Reference

Purpose of Assignment: Effective maintenance of cold chain system in Dumka

region of the State of Jharkhand.

Background and Program area: Cold chain maintenance and storage of

vaccines for the region.

The basic objective to which the consultancy is related: To do proper

electrical wiring and related accessories at the Regional Vaccine Stores, Raj
Kumari Leprosy Asylum premises, Jhaunsagarhi, Deoghar where the WIC & WIF is
to be installed.

Duty Station: New Cold Chain room at Deoghar where new WIC & WIF is

6. The assignment and major tasks to be completed as per details

below:

Supply and laying of 35mm X 3.5 Core armoured aluminium PVC cable on wall
/ceiling with the help M.S Saddle MS/ Wooden clip of proper gauge at a
intermittent distance of not more than 750 mm complete in all respects as
required including laying of proper size from Electrical pole/ Transformer to
Generator room which includes cost of material, etc.

Supply and installation of TPN main switch of 100 Amp with Kit Kat in MS panel.
 - 1 Nos

Supply and installation of 63 Amp Havells make change over switch with cost of
other material, complete in all respects.

- 2 Nos

Supply and installation of 32 Amp TPN Main switch complete in all respects as
required with connection.

2 Nos

Supply and installation of DP main switch of 32 Amp to be fixed on 8 X 6 size

board.

- 2 Nos

Supply and installation of 32 Amp TPN MCB of Havells /L&T make to be fixed on
board.

- 2 Nos

Supply and laying of 4 X 4 mm & 1 X 1.5 mm PVC conduit pipe size with the help
of PVC saddle complete in all respects

- 250 Metres

Dedicated earthing including supply and installation of 3 mm Copper wire and

Copper plate to be buried below ground level of at least 20 feet with thick copper
plate, charcoal, salt, pipe etc for Neutral and Body earthing which will be checked
with Magor.

Established agency with good workforce, qualified technical personnel for timely
completion of the assignment.
Past experience of working as contractor for installation of electrical wiring etc.

End Product

Wiring and electrical fittings done at Regional Vaccine Store,District

Headquarters.
Photographs showing neat wiring and fittings done.
Equipment connected properly.
Both the equipments should be demonstrated that it functions properly on the
installed electrical fittings and wiring.
