PRAMBANAN TEMPLE

Candi Prambanan or Candi Rara Jonggrang is a nineth-century Hindu temple located

in Central Java, Indonesia, and dedicated to theTrimurti, the expression of God as the Creator
(Brahma), the Preserver (Vishnu) and the Destroyer (Shiva). The temple compound is
approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) northeast of the city of Yogyakarta on the boundary
between Central Java and Yogyakarta provinces.
The temple compound which is considered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the
biggest Hindu temple site in Indonesia. It is characterized by its height and pointed
architecture, and the towering 47-metre-high (154 ft) central building inside a large complex
of individual temples. Prambanan impresses many visitors from across the world.

MY BELOVED MOTHER
Every people certainly have a mother. It is because people are born from her. The
existence of her among us is definitely important. That is why I love her so much. I owe great
debt to what she has been doing to me until right now. And here is my mother.
My mother's name is Khodijah. She was born 49 years ago. She is short, but not too
short. She is little fat. And she is old. She has got short white straight hair. She has got brown
skin. She is beautiful. Her hand is so soft, the hand that have taught me to be kind person.
She never stops to support me. She always tells me to not give up so easily. She always
gives me some fine solutions when I have some problems. The importance of her is never
denied. That is why I never reject her willing.

MY GARDEN
This is my garden. I can find many flowers such as rose, jasmine, camellia, sunflowers,
water lily, etc. My garden is clean and fresh. The fence is white. Many butterflies fly around
the flowers. In the evening, my father and I sit there and enjoy tea. I like my garden so much.
My garden is the most beautiful garden because my mother and I always clean our garden.

LEMBAH PELANGI WATERFALL

Lembah Pelangi Waterfall sounds unfamiliar for either local or foreign tourists. Lembah
Pelangi Waterfall is located in Sukamaju village, Ulubelu sub district, Tanggamus district,
Lampung province, Indonesia. The access to this place is quite difficult because Ulu Belu sub
district is a remote area in Lampung with its hilly contours which make this tourist spot
elusive.

Lembah Pelangi Waterfall has two levels where the waterfall on the second level has
two branches. The height of the first level waterfall is about 100 meters, while the second
level waterfall is about dozens of meters. The best enchantment of this waterfall is the
rainbow which appears between the valley and the waterfall as the name suggests. The soft
flowing gurgling waterfall sounds is like a chant of nature which can remove the tiredness of
the long trip to go there. Under the waterfall, there are several spots of warm water which can
be an interesting spot for bathing.

ORCHID
Orchidaceae are a family of Monocotyledon. They have a single sleeding leaf and their
floral part in trees. Orchid family is the largest plant family which has more than 20.000
unique genera.Orchids are a cosmopolitan family found all the way from within the Arctic
circle,the Island South of Autralia, and mostly in Asia.
Most orchids have leave of longitudional parallel with visible crossing. The colour of
orchids flower can be varigated and display many different marking like purple,white, yellow,
pink, and nearly black hues. Orchids feature thick white roots that illustrate their origin as
Epiphites, or the plants that grow on other plants.
Orchids grow in almost all types of environment. They do not grow in soil, but they
live on the ground while other grow perched on trees or rocks. Many others now growing in
the green houses for sale to public.
The scent of orchids is frequently analysed by parfume to identify potential fragerance
chemical. The other important use of orchid is their cultivation for the enjoyment of the
flowers. In China, orchids have been used in traditional medicine in an effort to treat many
diseases
Orchids have biggest family. The orchids family includes Vanilla, Orchis, and many
commonly cultivated plant, such as Palaenopsis and Cattleya

MY ROSE APPLE TREE

I have a rose apple tree in front my house. It will bear fruit every years. At that time I
can eat the rose apple fruit every day. In the afternoon, after school, my friends will come to
my house, and then we enjoy the fruit together.

But my rose apple tree also sometimes can be a trouble for me. When it has too much
leaves, it will fall down, and I have to sweep them every morning. So, every time the tree has
too much leaves, ma father and me will cut it.

CHERRY BLOSSOM
Have you ever wondered how beautiful Japanese scenes are? Most of them are seen and
dominated by the the beauty cherry blossom. Cherry blossom has scientific name as Genus
Prenus.
It has been called as Sakura in Japan. Cherry blossom belongs to the Rosacea family.
Now days, Cherry blossom is seen in some varieties such as; Yama Zakura, Oshima Sakura,
Amerika Sakura and many other types. The main characteristic of cherry blossom is on the
way it grows. The flower grows earlier than the leaves. Cherry blossom have many colors.
There are white, little pink, and red.
Mostly cherry blossoms grow in moist low and highland. A place with a little bit moist
and is protected from sunlight is best for its natural habitat.

THE SUNFLOWER
The sunflowers are annual plant in the family Asteraceae. They have large flower heads
(capitulum). The stem can grow up to 3 meters tall, with a flower head that can be 30 cm
wide. Other types of sunflowers include the California Royal Sunflower, which has a
burgundy (red + purple) flower head.
The flower head is actually made of hundreds or thousands of tiny flowers called
florets. The central florets look like the center of a normal flower, and the outer florets look
like yellow petals. All together they make up a "false flower" or pseudanthium. The benefit to
the plant is that it is very easily seen by the insects and birds which pollinate it, and it
produces thousands of seeds.
The sunflower is the state flower of Kansas. That is why Kansas is sometimes called
the Sunflower State. To grow well, sunflowers need full sun. They grow best in fertile, wet,
well-drained soil with a lot of mulch. In commercial planting, seeds are planted 45 cm (1.5 ft)
apart and 2.5 cm (1 in)

SERAYA ISLAND
Small Seraya Island or better known as Seraya Island is an island located in West
Manggarai regency, East Nusa Tenggara, or it is about ten kilometers north of the city center
Labuanbajo. This island is small and has a coastline for about one kilometer. But this island

has an incredible beauty and is an ideal place to calm you up or for honeymoon. A visit to this
island will make you feel to own an island and a private beach.
The presented landscape will certainly fascinate everyone who visits it. The beach at
this island has white sand and the water is quite clear and bluish completed by its underwater
beauty. Even when the tide is low, you can walk out to the sea for about 500 meters from the
coast. Various activities can be done in this place, such as fishing, swimming and snorkeling.
Besides presenting the natural beauty, the island also presents the underwater beauty. It
is because the local communities still adhere to their principles for not using equipment such
as bomb or cyanide to catch fish. So that environmental sustainability can be maintained very
well.

MONAS NATIONAL MONUMENT

Monas National Monument is a 132-meter tower in the center of Merdeka Square,
Central Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta, is the capital of the state. It symbolizes the struggle for
Indonesian independence of our country.
The monument consists of a 117.7 m obelisk on a 45m square platform at a height of 17
m. Towering monument symbolizes the philosophy of Lingga and Yoni. Resembles a phallus,
or pestle mortar pestle and Yoni resembles rice or mortar, two important things in the
tradition of Indonesian agriculture.
Construction began in 1961 under the direction of President Sukarno, the first president
of the us and the monument was opened to the public in 1975. It is topped by a flame covered
with gold foil, and now the monument calls.
