Narrative

The above listed subject was arrested on the above listed

charges after an investigation was conducted into a report of a
sexual assault that occurred at a business in the Village of
Potsdam. Further investigation, with the assistance of U.S.
Customs and Border Protection Agents and Department of
Homeland Security Officers, revealed Guevara Sanchez to be in
the country unlawfully. This investigation is ongoing and further
charges are pending.
