Research Question

A foundation of higher learning/business whose objectives are to survive and


succeed in this diversified present day differing and relapsed economy has
depicted that its imperative to put resources into progressing training and
development to enhance production proficiency as well as the best possible return
from the investment of Training & Development of human capital. So the research is
to measure that what is the Effect of Training and Development on Employee
Attitude? (As it relates to Training and Work Proficiency)

Explanation
The research will specifically is based on measuring the relationship between
employees having frequent training experiences exhibiting positive attitudes about
Training & Development and to what extent these positive learning/training
attitudes are expected to improve job proficiency of the employees.
Background

The tool for data collection will be a survey comprising of a questionnaire having 4
pint Likert scale enabling us to know the level of acceptance/non acceptance of the
statements depicting relationship between IV & DV.

Target participants will be the employees will be the working in retail banking sector
in five different recognized banks in Pakistan. The banking sector enable their
employees with extensive training programs & training sessions on regular basis so
it is a suitable population for such research.

Sampling frame will be selecting five recognized banks in major cities of Pakistan
covering retail banking sector of Pakistan
