OBJECTIVE: To obtain the position of a Healthcare Tech with Childrens Levine Hospital

Provides up to date training on new and or current employees who have been recently hired or have been
promoted to a higher level position.
Selected Contributions:
Certify and train new hires in specific areas in the bakery/caf
Review rules and regulations using company handbooks and other materials
Contribute new ideas and help regulate the process of training new and current associates.
Cross train in all areas such as cashier, dish/dining room, line prep, and training
Use customer service skills to answer phone calls and place order request from companies,
churches, and organizations
Place customer orders, count down a till/register, operate deck ovens and bread slicer equipment
Responsible for opening and closing the bakery/caf.
Examine checks deposited and determine proper funds availability based on regulation
requirements.
Refer customers to the proper department for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller
line.
Balance drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks.
Answer basic customer questions regarding interest rates, service charges, and account
histories along with all the bank policies and procedures.
Issue personal money orders and cashiers checks, accept orders and payment for U.S.
Savings Bonds, and sell American Express Travelers Checks.
Follow all bank policies and procedures.
Provides care and assist with safety and everyday needs of the patients I am assigned to and to
complete tasks that the nurses delegate to me.
