ln continuation of Office order dated 2oth Mry,

Legal Services Advocates for providing free Legal Services, under the domain of DSLSA, for Nirmal

By this Office Order the above named LSAs are being intimated regarding allocation of

Nirmal Chhaya Complex and are impressed upon

conditions of this Authority as under:

The tenure

of

LSAs

to

comply with the directions/terms &

is hereby extended for another period of three months, w.e.f.

to appraisal of their conduct, discipline and performance.

2. The payment of the professional fee of the LSAs shall be made out of the funds available
with this Authority.
3. The above named nominated LSAs shall perform the following functions:
i. The above named LSAs shall provide free legal aid and services under the domain of

That the above named LSAs shall Visit the Nirmal Chhaya Complex as allocated to
them and shallwork in complete coordination and synergywith the other LSAsof this
Authority.
That the enlisted LSAs shall also visit the allocated Children Home for Girls,
Observation Home for Girls, Nari Niketan, Bal Grah and other Shelters to have
interaction with the inmates and redress their legal grievances.
That the enlisted LSAs shall strictly follow the time visit schedule that as prescribed
by this Authority.

That the enlisted

LSAs shall

submit the following report to the Central Office of

DSLSA

by the last day of every month:-

a) The number of visits to the Nirmal Chhaya Complex.

b) Time spent during such visit inside the NirmalChhaya Complex.
c) The problems which are being faced by the inmates and which

need

to

be

immediately add ressed;

d)

Suggestion, if any, for improvement in the delivery of quality Legal Services.

The above mentioned schedule of postings,and timings of visits in Nirmal chhaya Complex

may be changed by this Authority and necessary information shall be uploaded on the

official website of this Authority.
5. The above named LSRs shail attend thq monthly meeiing with the undersigned and the
SpeciaI Secretary, DSLSA every month at therCentraI Offlce, of the DSLSA'
