Preamble: Whereas, there are currently 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the
United States many being from Mexico, and since many are here to work to supply for their
families back home or create a better life for the entire family in the United States, and since
many are employed in jobs that many U.S. born workers would not like to do the biggest
being in farming, fishing, and forestry (26 % of the workforce), building and grounds (17 %
of the workforce), and construction and mining (14 % of the workforce) and since the
maximum time allocated for the Temporary Protected Status program for undocumented
immigrants to work is currently 18 months, and since data suggests that those who overstay
their visas are more educated and can even move up to higher paying jobs such as office and
technical work,
SECTION 1: Granting Temporary Work Visas for illegal immigrants to fill seasonal jobs
Sub -SECTION A: Grant as many available Work Visas for low to unskilled
illegal immigrants, distributed on a first come first serve basis to those who qualify with
proper intentions who would have the right to come to America and work temporarily in
seasonal jobs to earn money before returning home.
Sub SECTION B: The illegal immigrants who qualified for the temporary
work visa program would then have the right to repeat the process for as long as necessary
to secure financial stability, which must be reported by them once achieved.
Sub-SECTION C: The undocumented immigrants applying for the program
must not contain any felonies on their record, a misdemeanor would not make those
applying ineligible.
SECTION 2: Grant even longer temporary work visas to those employed in agriculture
Sub- SECTION A: Allow those employed in agriculture to work for even
more extended time before having to return home due to agriculture being a crucial need for
supplying the economy and for feeding people in the world.
Sub SECTION B: Grant illegal immigrants longer temporary work visas
than what the TPSs program maximum of 18 months currently allows, enabling businesses
and illegal immigrants in the agricultural industry to not have to worry about overstayed
visas.
SECTION 3: Withdraw funds from the current United States Military budget to support the
longer temporary work visas program
Sub SECTION A: 3 billion dollars worth of funds shall be withdrawn from

the current United States Military budget consisting of $521.7 billion in 2016.
SECTION 4: This bill should be enacted 90 days after passage.
