Teachers should be sharing students goals, coordinating lesson plans, getting feedback on students progress, making sure paras used a good teaching method, and behavior management, how rules should be interpreted with students Which IA responsibilities are you looking forward to completing the most? I am most looking forward to learning and completing effective instructional strategies. I am motivated to be able to work with teachers to learning effective ways to teach children. As of right now, being in the classroom on Wednesdays I am just getting familiar with working with second graders and where they are with their skills and how I can assist them through the teachers techniques. I am eager to start helping correct papers and to be able to understand students thoughts better and see where they are in their studies so an effective way of teaching and encouragement is applied to each student.
