Recite the Calming Heart Mantra nine times. (see next slide)
Fill your body with the light of 10,000 Buddhas or your
representation of Universal Energy (God, Great Spirit, The
Light).
Move through the house either physically or in your
minds eye. Starting in the East (where the sun rises),
begin in the Family sector and move to the areas in the
following order (as it follows Flying Star energy): Wealth,
Center, Helpful People, Children, Knowledge, Fame,
Career, Partnership

calms and centers energy.

As you move through the nine stars, project the light all
around you, above and below, and your entire site. If your
powers are strong enough, extend the light to infinity in
every direction.
As you move, you may recite The Six True Words
(see Three Secrets slide) and use the Ousting Mudra.
Visualize every place in the house clear and filled with
blessings.
