Pablo was born Dec. 1st 1949 in Rionegro Colombia.

Growing up Pablo started his criminal career by stealing and sand blasting
tombstones, He would than sell the stolen tombstones illegally on the black
market to Panama.

Pablo made a promise to one of his best friends that by the age of 22 he
would be a millionaire.

In the year 1975 Pablo realized that tombstones were not enough. Pablo
started cocaine trafficking.
Pablo had one rule. Plata o Plomo. Which meant, Accept the money, or
face the bullets.

A year later, 27 year old Pablo married Maria Victoria Henao who was just 15
at the time.

Soon after, Pablos cocaine business took off and the money began to flow in.
At the height of Pablos reign, it was estimated that he was making around
$450 Million a week.
At the peak of Pablos business he was bringing in $30 Billion a year.
(Including the $1-2 Billion of losses a month)
Pablo would spend $2,500 monthly on rubber bands to hold his money.
It was estimated that 10% of Pablos earnings were eaten by rats.

Near the end of the 1980s Pablo was ranked as the 7 th richest man in the
world by Forbes magazine.

Pablo was known as the Colombian Robin Hood. He was known for his passion
and love for Colombia. He was also known for being very generous to the
people of Medellin.
He constructed numerous housing projects so that everyone at least had a
place to live. He is also responsible for establishing and funding soccer
teams and leagues in Colombia and building countless number of churches,
hospitals, and schools across the country and advocating education for the

children.

There was never not enough for Pablo, He always wanted more and more.
This was a risky turn in the life of Pablo.
Near the end of the 1980s the demand for cocaine was booming. Pablo was
smuggling in 15 tons of cocaine a day. That is the weight of 2 full sized
African Elephants.
The Cocaine business become his life.

Near the end of Pablos reign he was become fearful for his life. He made a
deal with the Colombian Govt. That he would spend time in prison to pay off
his crimes. Under one condition. The he would build and organize the prison.

Within La Catedral Pablo continued his drug trafficking business.


In an attempt to stop Pablo, the Colombia army attacked the Prison. However
Pablo escaped.

From the last year of Pablos life he was on the run hiding from the Colombian
authorities.

On December 2nd 1993 a day after his birthday Pablo was shot down on a roof
top after trying to escape Colombia authorities.

Pablo Escobar is reported responsible for the deaths of over 4,000 people that
includes 200 judges, over 1,000 police officers, and government officials.
