Worry Flush is an energy stream from Eternal Sacred Source that assists
your mind to gently and effectively let go of its need to worry.
Worries are one of the most insidious ways our peace and happiness erodes
away. The wild part is that a persons mind really believes it is dutifully
doing its job to watch out for possible problems and find solutions.
By worrying a persons mind is simply replaying the concern over and
over again and your emotionally discomfort is amplified. Most of us have
tried to stop worrying and it is not so easy to accomplish!
Sometimes when you give your mind something more useful to do worries
are temporarily stalled. A persons mind is very dutiful and even if there is
no physical action a person knows to do in order to make the concern go
away, by thinking about it again, the mind is sure it might find some course
of action it may have previously missed. Thus your mind, in trying to help
you is only tiring you out and causing you anxiety.
A mind knows that its job is to search out anything that can help a person
stay safe and solve problems that could disrupt safety, health and happiness.
Sometimes there is no actual action that a person needs to take right at this
moment in order to alleviate a concern or reduce health risks. Sometimes
there no further reviews by your mind can give new information.
And, there are times when there are no known ways to discern what the
outcome of a situation will be. We live in a free will zone and each person
can make a new decision each now moment. If another persons upcoming
decision is going to change your life for the better or worse, it is natural to
wonder what the outcome will be.
That is one type of situation where mental review of the myriad of
possibilities that could occur, depending on someone elses decisions, does
not add to inner peace. If your mind worries in constant review of possible
future events; many of which are not pleasant to think about, anxiety rises.
Worry Flush is a great solution to ease this escalating anxiety when worry
is its cause. Youll need to accept an attunement to the Worry Flush. It is a
dose of energy frequencies that match the energy of this energy system.

Once you have received that dose of energy, your body and spirit will
recognize that energy and easily access the energy stream from Eternal
Sacred Source that IS the energy stream of this particular energy system.
Attunements can be sent long distance by means of an energy sphere, often
called a chi-ball and it is kept safe by your Angels and guides of Eternal

because Eternal Source is not limited by space or time.
Your Worry Flush attunement energy flows into your body and energy
field, as a meet and greet for your mind and being.
When you are ready for your Worry Flush to help you, simply say, out loud
or in your mind with full request for assistance: Worry Flush, Activate!

If you are sensitive to subtle energies you may feel a warmth in your head
and a calming presence around your head and shoulders. Your Worry Flush
provides comfort and a supporting energy for your mind. Your mind needs
reassurance that it not abdicating its job of seeking solutions and making
you aware of any action you may need to take to be safe and happy.
If you dont feel anything, that is normal also. You will receive the same
benefits as those who do feel the energies of their Worry Flush flushing

Your Worry Flush energies usually flow between 3 and 20 minutes each
time you activate the flush. This is a very versatile energy system because
you dont need to remain in one location nor keep your mind upon the
energy after activating it! You can activate your Worry Flush anywhere you
are no matter what activity or task you are in the middle of!
Worry Flush does not usually make a person spacey or shift your
perspective of reality. However, each person responds to subtle energies
differently and if you know that you usually get sleepy with Reiki I advise
that you activate your Worry Flush first when you are not operating a car or
machinery. Notice your mental state and see if there is any sleepiness that
occurs in the moments and hour after activating your Worry Flush before
you attempt to activate it when you need your reflex responses at their best.
Q. How often would a person want to activate their Worry Flush?
A. As often as you feel yourself worrying. Most people know what it feels
like to worry. They find themselves thinking about something that there is
no action available to take at this moment that would positively impact the
topic of their worry. Or, it is at a time of day that is not advisable to take the
action they have deemed appropriate to take, in order to alleviate their
worry.
Let us say for example, you are worried about your son or daughters safety
as they are traveling. It is in the middle of the night and you are worrying
about them instead of sleeping. All appropriate safety precautions have
already been taken and now you have nothing to do but sleep and trust.
Ah, but maybe, just maybe you can pray! Maybe you already have prayed
and still, your mind is alert with reviews of the worst possible scenarios.
Now it is time to activate your Worry Flush! Now activate it again!

Tell your mind that letting Worry Flush do its work of flushing away these
extra or unnecessary reviews of the topic you are worrying about, that it is
doing a good job! That resting is its job right now so that it is fresh and
ready to help you review new topics and information at another time.
Think of your mind as a dutiful assistant that wants nothing more than to do
its job properly and help you in your endeavors. Life endeavors!
After you have activated your Worry Flush it is entirely possible that you
may notice how your mind suddenly jumps to a new topic to worry about.
This is normal and likely until your mind gets accustomed to allowing it to
be alright to do nothing. That is a new concept that our modern society has
not valued very much and thus the increase in persons multitasking always.
Telling your mind that being is plenty valuable may not be received very
well! If you are worrying during your waking time it is likely that you will
indeed have daily life tasks that will engage your mind. It is easier for your
mind to switch gears when it has an interesting topic to be involved in.
What happens when you have a task that is repetitious? If your body is doing
most of the moving to complete your current task, leaving your mind free to
wander, that is when worry can be the most frustrating. Now is a great time
to activate your Worry Flush multiple times. You may want to activate your
worry flush once for each topic your mind is worrying about.
In this way you can imagine and in truth are flushing away each worry as it
surfaces in your mind. Say: Worry Flush, Activate!
Then move your mind consciously to a topic that is pleasant and enjoyable.
Creativity is one of the best long term solutions to worry, as is faith.
If you have faith that your life is constantly getting better and that the world
is a good place to live in, worry is less likely to reappear as frequently.
Inner peace increases when you have faith that there is a loving, intelligent
creator force in the universe that not only created you, but cares about your
wellbeing. Now that is a great way to free your self from worry on a more
permanent basis. Until that concentration of faith grows flourishes within
you, please continue to activate your Worry Flush as often as necessary.

Your mind just wants to help you, so give it something interesting to think
about. This may seem difficult, but it is the what else do I do homework in
addition to activating your Worry Flush whenever necessary.
This may be easy if you have topics that you know interest you. Or, it could
be difficult if youve not had much time for yourself lately. You may need to
put yourself first and seek out interesting books and literature to stimulate
enjoyable thoughts and creative thinking. For some people, mysteries are fun
to listen to audio book recordings of or read. Such stories give those
peoples minds something to do other than worry. It also causes your mind
to be thinking about other scenarios, rather than those in your own life.
Worry Flush will flush your worry for each topic you activate it for. Then it
is your responsibility to give your mind something else to think about so that
it wont dig back up old worries to review once again.
Worry Flush is one spiritual technique that will free your mind to think
about the task at hand or creative thinking. It is your job to give your mind
permission to relax and not work so hard to review every conceivable
possibility and situation it can. Your mind just wants to help, but you, as the
driver of this body and mind, must direct it. You must learn how, at the core
of who you are, to increase your faith in life and give yourself permission to
not know everything. If you do not learn how to relax, how will your mind
believe you when you tell it to relax?
If you are a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, you can confidently send a
Worry Flush attunement in the manner you consider most sacred.
Advise your student on the best way to receive the attunement you have sent
out. Worry Flush manual must be included fully intact with no changes

Worry Flush may be passed if you are not a Reiki or Seichim Master by
wanting to oh so very much. Intention is powerful and will cause Eternal
Sacred Source to respond!

Activate and pray, asking for all of your helping healing ones in the Light of
Eternal Sacred Source to send the Worry Flush for (name of student) into
the Sphere of Eternal Light.
Ask that it be sealed and carried to (name of student).
Ask that it be securely protected by that persons guardians in the Light of
Eternal Sacred Source until the person calls in their Worry Flush. Intend
that their attunements release perfectly to them at that time. And so it is
complete!
Now notify your student that their empowerment is ready to be called in
and tell them to relax and spend a few minutes receiving their meet and greet
to their Worry Flush!
