Emotional Care energy system is designed to remove the impact of lies that
others have said about you and any untruths you may have told yourself.
Gossip is one of the most destructive forces in society and this realm of
existence. Often gossip goes around delivering a strong dose of un-truth.
Exaggerations of what may have started out as the truth is more interesting for
many people to believe than the truth. So "news" changes to stories.
Emotional Care heal pain caused by what other people say and makes it
right inside of you. The helpless feelings and anger are replaced with peace.

An attunement or empowerment is a dose of energy frequencies that match

the energy of this energy system
Once you have received that dose of energy, your body and spirit will
recognize that energy and easily access the energy stream from Eternal Sacred
Source that IS the energy stream of this particular energy system.
Attunements can be sent long distance by means of an energy sphere, often
called a chi-ball and it is kept safe by your Angels and guides of Eternal Light.
It is released to you when you call it in, like a prayer to receive it.
Please spend a few minutes to invite the attunement your teacher sent you of
Emotional Care, to release fully unto you. Simply say, out loud or in your
mind: I ask to fully receive my Emotional Care attunement as sent out by
my teacher and made perfect by Eternal Sacred Source, NOW!

Think of a ball of light containing Emotional Care above your head, as you
call in your attunement it opens, and heals your emotions, giving comfort!

Your attunement will easily arrive to you because Eternal Source is not limited
by space or time. Emotional Care arrive to your body and energy fields,

If you went to sleep feeling alright about your life and woke up feeling
worried and paranoid about what others are thinking about you, please
activated Emotional Care immediately!
It is possible that in your night dreams, you were in scenarios that included
people gossiping or speaking untruths about you.
For those of you who have changed your lives and rarely encounter gossip and
lies in your social or work environment, there can still be records of previous
experiences being processed in your night dreams.
Your emotional body feels the impact of these situations as if they are real,
even though they may only be a "re-play" or "re-construction" of something
you "got over" years ago. If there is anything in your mind, that is trying to
resolve or release, night dreams are one way the mind attends to such things.
Night dreams are not the fastest way to attend to such matters, but one of the
only ways a mind knows to do so. Help yourself and your mind by activating
Emotional Care to sweep away the emotional impact of what others say.
Sometimes people have said things that you know are not true, but said them
so often that you begin to believe it yourself. This can be very damaging and
Emotional Care energy system can help heal you so that you can know your
own truth and live a life in accordance with your own belief and guidance.
Self talk is can strongly impact a person. We believe our own self talk.
If you have been unkind to yourself because of a disappointment or because
you disappointed yourself or others, please activate Emotional Care.

Some people are haunted by worrying about what others may say.
Please activate Emotional Care to free your mind from being a slave to what
others say or may say in the future. We train ourselves to think in certain ways
based on past experiences and concern for the future.
Emotional Care energy system can sweep away the built up amplified worries
and pains of the past. This allows you to choose how to feel in each now
moment, instead of being controlled by your feelings. When you can
consciously choose how to feel about something, you are in the driver seat.
Feelings are strongly linked to manifesting what you want in your future.
Feelings are the spark and fuel for sending your desires out to the universe.
Many people unconsciously send messages of fear or worry to the universe.
This happens because they are so engulfed in their own fear and worry that it
is the strongest feelings currently happening. The strongest feelings push the
strongest messages to the universe. When a strong message is sent outward
there is naturally a response in a similar manner. This is why it can be difficult
to switch gears to being positive and experiencing positive things.
Emotional Care energy system helps you switch gears by sweeping away the
built up negative and painful emotions that you are ready to release.
Then, when you consciously replace uncomfortable feelings with new, positive
feelings, they can take root and grow well! Thereafter they assist you to attract
into your life all manner of good and positive experiences.
Emotional Care energy system can be activated anytime. If you are reclined
and relaxed, you will receive more thorough assistance. If you are up and
going about your day, you will still receive benefit. Say, audibly or in your
mind: "Emotional Care, Activate for me!"
It will be so wonderful to be free of the past and to step out into your day with
a new outlook! Look around you and see something that you like.

Look around as you go about your day to find images that please you.
If you are a sighted person, images are one of the strongest ways to keep your
attention focused on what you like, rather than what you don't like.
What you focus on expands. This is why the previous feelings you felt
continued to grow. Now we will grow positive feelings with you.
If you don't see visually, find audible sounds that please you. You may also
choose to focus on intellectual information that fascinates or intrigues you.
Your mind wants things to do. When it was busy "worrying" it felt like it was
"doing" something. Now you must give it something to do so it does not revert
to focusing on the undesired feelings.
Your mind has a habit of turning to the feelings it does not want, because it
does not want to feel that way ever again. However, it doesn't realize how the
universe works, for when the undesired feelings are focused on, they expand
and the universe gives you more undesired experiences.
Giving your mind something else to do is very important. Think about your
life. Scan and think about what interests you. Maybe you have been so busy
moving through uncomfortable feelings that you didn't even feel like seeking
out the things you do enjoy doing! Now is the time to seek out that which you
find interesting and enjoyable.
The internet provides many places to research things you are curious about.
Please be disciplined and write yourself a list of what you are searching for on
the internet. Otherwise you may get distracted with an add and not get
anywhere beneficial. Go to local libraries and find reading materials or books
in audio format. You may find some time that you can listen to a book.
This will give your mind a topic to think about. Studying or being entertained
by stories is a great way to distract your mind from its previous habits. Please
take good care of yourself and active this energy system often.

When you are ready to receive a full Emotional Care Session as administered
by the Emotional Care Team, please find a place where you won't be disturbed
for about a half hour. You can play relaxing music if you want to.
The Emotional Care Team is a group of Eternal Light, Love and Life beings.
Some are angels, some are Ascended Masters and other spiritual beings.
They will arrive and be near to you. They will look at your history and your
soul contract. They will look at your progress and your current willingness to
release all that is not in your highest joyful good. They will lovingly encourage
your mind to let go of the emotional brightness and impact of bad experiences.
All you need to do is invite the help and give them time to work with you
when you aren't talking to other people or moving around.
Say: "Emotional Care Team, please activate my Emotional Care Session!"
You may or may not notice any thoughts or topics as they work with you.
You can lift up to them thoughts or topics that you'd like help with.
The important permission and willingness you do need to give them is the
permission to reduce the intense feelings of past experiences. Your mind
thinks that it needs to keep these feelings bright.
Your mind thinks that it needs to remind you exactly what other people said so
that you can somehow keep that from happening again.
When, in truth, the more you think about the bad things they said, the more
you attract those sayings to be said about you again. So, please, tell your mind
that it has done a good job trying to keep you emotionally safe and reminding
you of what you don't want. Now it is time for your mind to pass the job over
to the Emotional Care Team to help release you from the gossip.
Your Emotional Care Team will invite your mind to pass the responsibility
over to them, for keeping you emotionally safe from gossip. Now your
Emotional Care Team can help you see the positive truth about yourself.

Now your Emotional Care Team can help you radiate out the glowing
trustworthy energy of the real you!!!
People are more likely to respond to you in a positive manner and treat you
with respect when you are present and when you are not around them.
You are on your way to an enjoyable life of being treated respectfully!
You may activate Emotional Care in person for others if you have not yet
received your Reiki or Seichim Level 2 attunement. If you are already attuned
to Reiki or Seichim Level 2, you may remotely* activate Emotional Care for
others. (*remote meaning long distance activation)
Please be sure a person is reclined and ready to receive their Emotional Care
Session by the Emotional Care Team before you activate the session.
The difference between a session and a regular activation of the energies is the
intensity and thoroughness of the session. When you activate Emotional
Care energies you are activating the energy stream of this energy system.
Automatically the energies are Divinely guided to sweep away the emotional
impact of gossip and emotional discomfort.
When you activate the Emotional Care Session, you are requesting the
attendance of and administration from the Emotional Care Team. In order to
receive the full benefit of this deeper and more thorough session, you or the
person you are activating this for needs to stay put in one place and relax.
If you are a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, you can confidently send a
Emotional Care attunement in the manner which is most sacred to you.
Advise your student on the best way to receive the attunement you have sent
out. Emotional Care manual must be included fully intact with no changes
when its attunement is provided.

If you are not a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, you can still pass along an
attunement to Emotional Care by following these directions and sincerely
wanting to pass the attunement.
Please ask your energy team, your helping healing guardians in the Light of
Eternal Sacred Source, to bring you a Sphere of Light.
It doesnt matter if you can see it or not. It doesnt matter if you can perceive
it or not. Trust that the Sphere of Light is there and ready to hold a dose of the
energy frequency of Emotional Care.
Activate and pray, asking for all of your helping healing ones in the Light of
Eternal Sacred Source to send the Emotional Care attunement for (name of
student) into the Sphere of Eternal Light. Ask that it be sealed and carried to
(name of student).
Ask that it be securely protected by that persons guardians in the Light of
Eternal Sacred Source until the person calls in their Emotional Care
attunement. Intend that their attunements release perfectly to them at that time.
And so it is complete!
Now notify your student that their empowerment is ready to be called in and
tell them to relax and spend a few minutes receiving their meet and greet their
Emotional Care energies!
