1 page Synopsis of topics for research paper/project. (Hardcopy)


Submit the synopsis to CRs (Abhishek and Tanvi) by 29th
November.
Topics from course outline, provided list of suggested topics or
any other topic in terms of commercial laws and business ethics.
25 marks. ( final submission date: 10th dec) (Hardcopy), Topic
with brief description: Why, objective, write a half page input by
the students.
Note: The final submission of research paper should be
individually researched and submitted.

Critical scenario analysis: -15 marks (Hardcopy) (5th dec)


22 scenario will be allotted to students.
Step 1: Roll number wise scenario allocation from concerned
document.
Step 2: Go through the guidelines at the end of the document (Resist:
Resisting extortion and solicitation in international transactions) (Pg:
29 to 35).
Step 3: Read the respective scenarios as the roll numbers.
Step 4: Visualize a similar situation as the scenario.
Step 5: Make an analysis on the scenario and submit a hardcopy on 5 th
December. ( Must be of 3000 words)
Class test: 2 questions after 3rd session 10 marks (4th Dec)
End term exam 50 marks.
