Journal 3:
What was the most important thing you learnt about
the role of the teacher in managing all aspects of the
school day? Compare this with previous TP experience
(where possible) and make links with pedagogical
theory learned in EDU and EPC courses at the HCT.
How did you interact with students to encourage
them? How do you know your lesson was successful?
What did the children do or say?
The most important thing that I have learn it is you must have a
good personality to manage the classroom . Also the teacher did a
perfect environment to let student learn and enjoy the lesson and
she try to include all learning skills . Moreover, there is no different
between the first MST and the second because they do all the best
and include the learning skills and let the students enjoy .
something I have notices that they have a booklet for student to
improve them by dictation, copying the word and story to improve
them in reading . in addition I interact with student by helping them
and give them motivation word when they do something in
correct ,also when I did my activity its about story I give them
pencils has picture of story characters. After that I give the student
worksheet to see if they understand the lesson or not , or by small
activity . the student was enjoyed the lesson and they feel happy .
