Agenda: Preparation of Concept Paper of Spiritual Activity & Outreach
Activity/Making of Theme of Fundraising Activity
Fejlean Antineo oriented the new officers of what is ANSA. She presented the
format of the concept paper to them. She reminded that the Spiritual Activity will
be on Decemebr 16, 2016, on Friday. She presented to the officers the Concept
Paper of the Spiritual Activity. She assigned the following job description:
Cyrrus Garcia: Photocopy of Attendance and E-tool
Cricel Arquio: Certificate for the Participants
Reisabelle Labiano: Letter to Father Azul
Richell Magdadaro: Letter to OIC Maam Tenorio
Sharina Agao: Request for Transportation and ICES for Outreach Activity

Cricel Arquio suggested an activity for the Workshop of the Spiritual Activity.

Fejlean Angelica Antineo told us that we can submit our ideas for the Workshop
of the Spiritual Activity. She reminded us that we have to meet on November 29,
2016, on Tuesday, 5:00PM for the Making of the Organizational Chart.
Irah Bacelonia asked ideas for the Concept Paper of the Fundraising Activity.

Fejlean Angelica Antineo suggested that it should be combined with the

Environmental Activity. She also told us that it can be related with Cancer
Awareness for the month of January in the DOH Calendar.
Richell Magdadaro told us that it would be too congested if we combine it with
the Environmental Activity. She told us that the Fundraising Activity should
include a raffle, like Goldilocks and selling of College of Nursing merchandise.
Fejlean Angelica Antineo told us that she wanted to include a seminar with
Registration Fee. She told us that the topic can be about Leadership Management.

Emelita Iraola told us that she thinks we cannot sell the seminar. She suggested
that the speaker must be known widely.
Irah Bacelonia told us that the idea of a seminar and a raffle while selling
merchandise of College of Nursing would be a good idea.
Fejlean Angelica Antineo told us that the continuation of the meeting will be on
Novemeber 29, 2016, on Tuesday, 5:00PM.
