What is the real problem with regulating immigration?

The world and our country are already overpopulated. Some experts think that the Earth
has a reasonable carrying capacity of 3-4 billion persons, and yet world population
recently exceeded seven billion and is not expected to level off until it reaches about nine
billion. The U.S. itself is overpopulated, although not as much as other countries. We are
already the biggest polluter in the world, and so increasing our population at too fast a
rate is likely to exacerbate this problem. It is in the best interests of our country and the
world that we lower our birthrate and limit immigration. 1
United States is the country that most of the immigrants people come to it. Unites States
have a problem with the immigrants because not all of the immigrants came to the united states
legally. many articles talk about how illegal immigrants make it difficult for the United States to
regulate the immigration, people who are against the illegal immigration argued that these illegal
people who came to the United States illegally without a documents should be returned to their
original country and they shouldnt have citizenships rights because they might cause a riot in
the country since they are illegal people. There are a huge number of the illegal immigrants in
the Unites States and there are some of them are bad people who came to the united states to
break the law.

Here is a thought experiment which I think will help to explain the difficult situation in
which we now find ourselves. Imagine that you and your spouse have one child living at
home, that you both work outside the home, and that you live in a typical three-bedroom,
two-bath house in suburbia. One day when you and your spouse return home from work
you find that your house is occupied by twenty strangers who say that they are going to
live in your house. You did not invite them and they are not there with your approval.
Thirty days go by, and the twenty strangers are still living in your house. They are using
your resources (food from the fridge, electricity, sleeping space, etc.), and they are not
following the rules and customs which you, your spouse, and child have followed. What
should you do? Leave your house and go live elsewhere? Politely ask the strangers to
leave? Tell fifteen of them to leave but ask five to stay? Assertively insist that all leave
and call the police to evict them if they do not leave? In my opinion, you should do the

latter, and this is the action required by a humanist perspective. Now, just generalize
from your house to our country and you will understand why we should limit and control
immigration. 2
This quotation is talking about the citizen people who are being upset from the illegal
immigrants, because they feel that their country is being reserved to a people who dont reserve
it. Furthermore, citizenship think that when these illegal people come to their country, they might
do riot thing that could affect their country badly such as selling drugs, kidnapping and arms
trade. The problem that the United States didnt accept to make the borders between Us and
Mexico more secured, and this decision make the bad things spread in the country such as the
drug, weapon and kidnapping, so United States made it very easy to these illegal people to
infiltrate in the back door of the country and it becomes very hard for laws breaker people to get
in the front door and return them to their country. Moreover, illegal immigrants dont pay federal
or state taxes because they make their jobs to pay cash for them, so they dont have to pay the
taxes to the government, so they feel happy by the benefit which are offered to them.
Consequently, citizen argue that these illegal immigrants are costing the government an extra
money by receiving benefits such as health, education, food and welfare. Many of these people
deliver their babies in the United States, so their kids become citizen and they can get the rights
and the benefits from them.
The households of illegal immigrants receive an average of about $1,000 more
annually in federal welfare benefits than do the households of non-immigrant
recipients, a new analysis finds.
According to the immigration control advocacy group, Center for Immigration
Studies, which breaks down federal cost data from 2012, the welfare payout to likely
illegal immigrant households averages $5,692 yearly, compared with the average $4,431
welfare payout to non-immigrant households collecting the benefit.3

I understood from this quotation that the Illegal immigrants get benefits from Us
government even they are illegal , they get benefits more than the American families get from
their government and thats effect the economy badly .

With all this being said, do undocumented workers have more of a positive or negative
impact on the U.S. economy? There is no definitive answer. The issue is heavily debated,
and each study that is done inevitably has some form of bias. The difficulty in
performing a true cost-benefit analysis makes the undocumented immigration situation
such a polarized issue, with no clear end in sight.4
In Conclusion, the fact that even there are bad immigrants who came to US to break the
law but there are many immigrants who came to the United States illegally because they didnt
have another choice, they tried to do the legal way but they couldnt and they didnt get
approved, so they came to the United States to have better life, better education and better health.
The truth that these illegal immigrants came to the United States without a documents, but they
can still try to get their documents and being legal immigrants by hiring attorney that can help
them out with that. These people just came to the united states to serve better life for them and
for their kids, but the problem sometimes thigs doesnt come as thy expected or dreamed of.
Most of these people have a degree and dreamed to have a job by their degrees, but they didnt
find a job in their countries and they just stayed home , thats why they came to the united states
but still the same problem because these people have to accept all the work that offered to them
because they dont have documets , language and thir degree dont work in Us , so they get a job
which they dont deserve it , so there is some benfits from the illegal immigrants when they work
and do a lot of jobs , but their risk to the country is more than their benefit

For all the rhetoric about immigrants stealing jobs, immigration actually provides a benefit to
the national economy, whether those immigrants crossed the border legally or not. Why?
Because of what economists call the specialization of labor. As Jonathan Hoenig, proprietor of
the Capitalist Pig blog, explains: The fact that foreigners are eager to pick crops, clean houses,
bus tables and produce allows more of us to afford cheaper food and better services, affording us
even more wealth to enjoy and invest. Its not the immigrants, but the taxes, spending and
entitlements (most of which immigrants dont even receive) that have drained the economy dry 5
