eSalez™ Customer Acquisition Bonuse s from Retail Sales

Your customers place orders directly from Independent Representative’s Websites pro vided by People Helping
People Inc. at retail or eShipZ™ (Recurring Monthly Shipments) prices. Products and services are delivered or
shipped from our partnering vendors directly to our customers. People Helping People pays commissions to
Independent Representatives which represents the difference between retail or preferred customer prices and
wholesale prices.

Preferred Customers 4 Life

Most people will enjoy People Helping People’s phenomenal services and products without engaging in the
business. The only requirement to become a Preferred Customer is to visit one of PHPI’s Independent
Representative’s replicated sites and purchase products and/or services at retail price or elect to enroll for our
PHPI’s eShipz™ (monthly recurring shipments) program at no additional cost. Every time one of your Personal
Customers purchases products and/or services YOU get paid the difference between the MSRP or the eS hipz™
Preferred Customer Price (whichever one they choose) and the wholesale price. Customers will be able to order
and adjust their orders from their very own web site provided by People Helping People Inc. When Preferred
Customers refer other customers to purchase retail or eShipz™ orders, their account will receive credits for future
purchases or they may qualify to receive FREE services or products.

People Helping People Independent Representative

The only requirement to become an Independent Representative with PHP I is to register. The cost to register is a
$49.99 A nnual Registration Fee. In addition, a rep may optionally purchase various monthly PeopleZt ools™
package modules starting at $19.95 that provide increasing administrative and marketing support tools, back office
access, genealogy management and reporting, communication tools, lead generation tools, ongoing online training
and more.
To those reps who have chosen to subscribe as a customer for the $39.99 eShipZ™ (Recurring Monthly Shipment)
product package and as a courtesy to the Independent Representative (IR), the company will provide the
PeopleZtools package module priced at $19.95 at no additional cost.

Commissions are paid only on product and service sales. No commissions are ever paid on sales aids, sales kits,
administrative support services or products.

PHP eShipZ™ Matrix Customer Acquisition Bonus

Your first goal as a People Helping People Independent Representative is to become a Qualified Representative
(QR) by gathering four personal customers. Your personal eShipZ™ may count as one of your customer
requirements plus three additional non Representative Customers who generate a total of $150 of Personal
Customer Generated Revenue (PCGR). This will qualify you to receive commissions as a Qualified Representative
(QR) on the retail or eShipZ™ sales generated by YOUR purchases and all of your Personal Customer Generated
Revenue.

QR – 4 Personal Customers - $150 PCGR

Promote YOURSELF by helping other people do exactly the same. Maintain your previous Customer
requirements and PCGR volume, Sponsor an Independent Representative and HELP them to become qualified as
a QR by gathering four Personal Customers, of which their eShipZ™ can count as one of their Customer
Requirements and three non-Representative Customers generating a total of $150 of Personal Customer Generated
Revenue (PCGR). This qualifies them to receive QR commissions on their retail and eShipZ™ PCGR and Y OU will
be promoted to Bronze Representative. You now qualify for commissions from levels 1 through 3 in the eShipZ™
Matrix.

Bronze – 4 Personal Customers - $150 PCGR – 1 Personally Sponsored QR

Repeat the process. Maintain your previous Customer requirements and PCGR volume, Sponsor another
Independent Representative and HELP them to become qualified as a QR by gathering four Personal Customers, of
which their eShipZ™ can count as one of their Customer Requirements and three non-Representative Cust omers
generating a total of $150 of Personal Customer Generated Revenue (PCGR). This qualifies them to receive QR
commissions on their retail and eShipZ™ PCGR and YOU will be p romoted to Silver Representative. You now
qualify for commissions from levels 1 through 6 in the eShipZ™ Matrix.

Silver – 4 Personal Customers - $150 PCGR – 2 Personally Sponsored QR

Repeat the process. Maintain your previous Customer requirements and PCGR volume, Sponsor another
Independent Representative and HELP them to become qualified as a QR by gathering four Personal Customers, of
which their eShipZ™ can count as one of their Customer Requirements and three non-Representative Cust omers
generating a total of $150 of Personal Customer Generated Revenue (PCGR). This qualifies them to receive QR
commissions on their retail and eShipZ™ PCGR and YOU will be promoted to Gold Representative. You now
qualify for commissions from levels 1 through 9 in the eShipZ™ Matrix.

Gold – 4 Personal Customers - $150 PCGR – 3 Personally Sponsored QR

maintaining 3 Personally Sponsored QR’s and gathering a total of ten non-Representative Personal Cust omers
generating $500 PCGR (Personal Customer Generated Revenue. These bonuses are paid on your Personally
Sponsored Representatives and every additional retail sale generated by you or your Personal Enrollment
Organization through nine levels.

PeopleZ™ Coded Infinity Customer Acqui sition Bonus

Independent Representatives can qualify to earn bonuses to UNLIMITED levels. The PeopleZ™ Coded Infinity
Bonus is designed for associates who are building large organizations. You can literally earn a commission on every
retail and eShipZ™ non-Representative order in your Coded Organization even if those sales occur outside of your
9 levels of your Enrollment Organization. You can qualify for PeopleZ™ Coded Infinity Customer Acquisition
Bonuses starting at Gold by sponsoring and maintaining three Personally Sponsored QR’s and gathering a total of
ten non-Representative Personal Customers generating $500 PCGR (Personal Customer Generated Revenue.

The next level of rewarding PHPI’s Top Givers and Leaders, PHPI’s unlimited check match not only matches 15% at
the Platinum level, 30% at the Ruby level & 45% at Diamond level of your personally sponsored representatives
eShipz™ Matrix Customer Acquisition Bonus Pay, but also pays out in depth as you qualify to match multiple levels
as you achieve higher pin levels. Leaders will share in the success of associates through multiple levels. The
principle remains the same, the more you help the PeopleZTEAM™ grow, the more you benefit personally.

PeopleZ™ Diamond Pool

Leaders can qualify for shares in PHPI’s Diamond Pools st arting at the Platinum level. E very Independent
Representative monthly eShipz™ sale creates a $3.00 deposit into a pool that is distributed to qualified
Representatives. Every Representative will receive multiple shares as they advance through the ranks. One
additional share is awarded with each advancement from Platinum, Ruby, Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple
Diamond.

PeopleZ™ Revenue Sharing Pool

Leaders can qualify for shares in PHPI’s Revenue Sharing Pool. A percentage of sales will be dedicated to a pool
that rewards everyone at advanced promotional levels.

PeopleZ™ Founders Matrix Pool

The first of 15,000 registered Independent Representative with PHPI will qualify for the PeopleZ™ Founders Pool by
gathering and maintaining 10 Personal Customers generating $500 in PCGR. Representatives will be loaded into
the Company Forced PeopleZ Founders Matrix™ by qualifying in three criteria; 1st - the order of their enrollment
date, 2nd – a Customer Generated Revenue Requirement of $500, and 3 rd – a Personal Customer Count of 10 non -
Representative Customers. Revenues from all Non-Representative product sales will be deposited into the pool for
distribution (Minimum of $.45 per Non-Representative Sale). If a Representative fails to qualify during a calendar
month because one or more of the qualifying criteria is not met, they may simply fulfill the requirement during the
next billing cycle and be re-entered into the PeopleZ™ Founders Matrix Pool during the next billing cycle.
