On October 21, 2015 at 0830 AM, my partner and I responded to an emergency at 125 Bird
Street in Virginia Beach, VA. The call was in regards to a burglary. The call was received from an
emergency call center that the homeowner had installed in their house. Once my partner and I
had arrived on-scene, we began investigating the crime scene. After canvasing the area, we
approach the house to find that the front door had been forcibly opened. A black pry bar was
found lying on the ground where the door had been forced opened. We then proceeded to clear
the house in search of the perpetrator. During the search of the house, we do not find anyone and
notice that several of the dressers in the master bedroom had been left open as well as the closet
doors. After clearing the house, we do not find any persons still in the house. My partner and I
then notify the dispatcher to contact the home owner.

sworn written statement of the act of burglary. They were watching TV when they heard a loud
noise of a door being opened and an alarm going off next door. They then looked out the living
room window to see a white male entering the front door of the burglarized home. The male seen
entering the front door was approximately 60, thin, in his early twenties, had a mustache and a
scar on his forehead. He was wearing all black clothes and had a buzz haircut.
Approximately two or three minutes later, the same man was seen leaving the house. A beat-up
grey 1980s grey Cadillac Deville was then seen arriving in from of the house. The drive of the
Cadillac was a black male. The license plate of the Cadillac was identified as a VA license plate
with a plate number of 3F5GH6. The white male was then seen getting into the vehicle carrying
a bag filled with unknown items. The suspects then fled the scene.
