Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all, we welcome the year 2016 with our Month long Regional Welding Competition 2016. This is in
relation with 8th years anniversary of Industrial Welders and Fitters Association of the Philippines (IWFAP) for
our members to enhance their welding skills (4) welding processed will be applied back with (WPS) such as GTAW,
SMAW, FCAW, and MIG. This activity is to upgrade the Welders skills to compete with global demand on welding
technologies and career opportunities local and abroad.
Our mission is to upgrade the skills of IWFAP members and none members for global competition and to
accommodate as per client requirements and camaraderie among our competent workforce.
We are sending this letters of fundraising campaign to all possible sponsors who are capable to support the
organization and its activity this incoming festivities. Any amount donation will be important to us we hope you will
surely oblique to our letter and help us materialized this activity. Your donation could be in cash or cheque name after
Industrial Welders and Fitters Association of the Philippines Inc. We will issue a receipt as per donated amount if
required.
In exchange of your donation the sponsor that needs our skilled workers members for their local or overseas
project requirements will be priority upon request from the organization.
Regional welding competition starts by area such as;
March 2 3 4 & 5 Metro Manila and CALABARZON Area
March 7 8 & 9 will be held in CEBU
March 11 12 & 13 will be held in BATANGAS
March 16 17 & 18 will be held in CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
March 20 21 & 22 will be held in DAVAO CITY
March 25 26 & 27 Clark Pampanga
April 6 & 7 National Championship
April 8 Awarding Ceremony

1. 6G Pipe 2 inches sch 40 Carbon Steel (all TIG) filer wire is ER70s-2 2.4mm root, fill. capping
2. 6G Pipe 2 inches sch 40 316 Stainless Steel (all TIG) filler wire is ER316L 2.4mm root, fill, capping
3. 6G Pipe 6 inches sch 80 Carbon Steel (SMAW) E6010 3.2mm root E7018 3.2mm fill & capping
4. 6G Pipe 6 inches sch 80 Carbon Steel (GTAW/SMAW) ER70S-2 root E7018 3.2mm fill & capping
5. 6GR Combi TKY Pipe 6 inches sch 80/120 (GMAW) ER70S-3 root passed 1.2mm
(FCAW) E71T-1 fill & cap 7018 3.2mm
