DISCORDANT ENERGIES AND ROOT BELIEFS IN ADDITION TO
YOUR SOUL AND YOUR CONNECTION TO SOURCE.
Each persons unique Soul System needs unique attention, lesson learning
and releasing to create balance and clear your Soul System.
Most people focus on Soul Contracts rather than their Seed Thoughts
because the Soul Contracts show up the loudest. You may have a Soul
Contract that blocks you from feeling love, making money, feeling good
about yourself, or being healthy.
Each Soul Contract exists to mark a place within you where you have
a lesson to learn in order to move forward in your souls evolution.
Understanding your Soul Contracts and why they are in your life in the first
place is often the key to creating the happiness, health, wealth, and wellbeing that youve been looking for.
The key is to shift your Seed Thoughts, which created the system
from which you are currently operating, thereby deconstructing and
reconstructing that operating system.
This exercise assists in opening the energy necessary for clearing your soul
level energies and releasing into YOU.
Remember: We can only clear that which we are ready to clear, that which
weve mastered, that which weve learned.
Start by closing your eyes.
Call on your guides by saying, I am now calling on my guides to assist me
with this work today.
Call on your akashic records guides by saying, I am now calling on my
akashic records team to assist me with this work today.

[When working deeply at the soul level, we need to involve the akashic
records. These are the records of your soul - where everything your soul has
ever seen, felt, heard, experienced has been stored. We want our akashic
records guides to be with and assist us during this work because we dont
know as much as our guides know.]
Imagine, sense, feel your guides showing up.
Using your power within, speak firmly, with beauty, and state this release
prayer aloud to fully feel the intention and alignment of letting go of Seed
Thoughts and Soul Contracts, commanding your guide team to help you:
As a conscious being, of one-hundred percent pure light, I now release
all Seed Thoughts, Soul Contracts and resulting discordant emotions for
which I have experienced an aha moment today, including all that my
guides have determined no longer serve me. I am aware that I may only
release those energies for which I have learned the full soul lessons. And
I welcome this newfound freedom. Please include all related spiritual
attachments I have created as a result and clear my akashic records, energy
bodies, consciousness and unconciousness as I raise my vibration to the
level perfectly aligned with my greatest and highest good.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And so it is.
Sit for a moment with your eyes closed and allow whatever is happening to
happen.
You may feel heavy, dizzy, nauseated, emotional, tingly, happy, giggly,
elated, light, stretched or you may not feel anything. None of it is bad; This
is just how your body chooses to release in this moment.
When you feel ready, open your eyes.

GIFT THE WORLD WITH YOUR DIVINE EXPRESSION

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO LIVE FROM THE GOD ENERGY
THAT IS YOU IN EVERY MOMENT.
Follow this guided exercise and notice what and how you feel as a result:
Take your right hand, hold it up, feel its energy and take note.
Then, say, I know that you are love. I know that you are love. I know that
you are love.
Feel it vibrationally begin to shift.
Feeling into this shift and focusing on your right hand, say, I know that you
are light. I know that you are light. I know that you are light.
Feel the power being activated.
Then, allow for its infinite interdimensional energies to be realized by
saying, I know that you are infinite. I know that you are infinite. I know that
you are infinite.
When you look at everything around you with infinite eyes, you remind it
of exactly what it is - infinite, love and light, thereby raising its (and yours)
vibrational resonance to an interdimensional energy of full balance and
harmony.
Anything coming upon us as limitation, separation or fear can be
completely transmuted and shifted back to its original state of wholeness,
balance, love and light by using this incantation:
I know that you are light.
I know that you are love.
I know that you are infinite.
Try it with anything and notice the energetic shifts and increases in
awareness you will experience.

SOUND IS SUCH A BIG PART OF SO MANY RELIGIONS
BECAUSE GOD SPEAKS THROUGH SOUND AND THE POWER
OF VIBRATION CAN CONNECT YOU TO THE THROAT AREA,
WHICH HOUSES ITS ASCENDED CHAKRA.
Sound is such a big part of so many religions because God speaks through
sound and the power of vibration can connect you to the throat area,
which houses its ascended chakra.
This guided Creation Formula meditation is the ultimate clearing process
that lays the foundation for your optimum potential.
Breathe out and make a sound of relief to connect your body out into the
world as you feel your chakras open up. Repeat this step a couple times to
deepen your connection and feel the energetic shift throughout your body.
With your chakras open, direct a golden light, with the substance of a thick
honey amber, to spin right into your crown chakra and move right on down
into your pituitary/pineal gland.
Feel it shine brighter as it moves into your third eye, spinning and allowing
any place where you may have held limitation in your hologram around
what you see and allow to be mirrored back to you as these places of
limitations are transmuted and carried away by the golden light.
Sliding down the back of the nose to your throat area, this golden light
instantly carries away anything blocking you from speaking your truth.
Continuing down into and penetrating the heart chakra, this spinning
golden light moves all the way through, flushing out cracks and wounds,
cleaning and clearing away any trauma.
As this energy moves down into solar plexus, you can now see, speak and
feel your truth as it fully empowers you and you know you are able to have
the experience of your truth.

Moving into the navel, this place of support is flushed clean as you connect
with the universe and feel its total support and love, giving you everything
you need. Holding your being in this space for a moment, this healing light
spins clockwise and empowers you and moves into the sacral area of your
first chakra. Here, you clear regret of past situations and can now see more
clearly as you look back to those places where you felt victimized or guilty.
You now understand how you chose to stay in those places, but realize
you do not have to do so anymore as you stand in this new creation of
expressed empowerment and love.
The light moves down, through your legs as you stand firm in the truth of
who you are while clearing any and all blockages that may be preventing
you from moving forward in life.
Moving to the knees, where total masculine/feminine energy work together
in balance and harmony, you open into and feel your balance, sovereign
and control of your destiny. As it moves through shins into ankles and feet,
it builds support and foundation for you to stand in the power of I Am that
I Am.
Now, picture little trap doors in the feet opening up as ALL of the junk that
needs to flow out is poured out all the way into the center of the earth.
Lifetimes of stuff pours out and as that light continue to pour in - as above,
so below - this spinning honey light that has come forth from above you
is spinning below and starting to come up through your feet, bringing
everything that you have just done back into this physical plane where you
stand in your truth.
Feel the empowerment of living in joy, balance, and celebration. See the
path laid out before you and know you are doing this as the creation of
you. Feel the joy of creating yourself on an experiential level, which is being
encoded in every fiber of your being. Feel again what it means to be truly
empowered by your own creation, not having to tone down who you are,
but live out loud as empowered energy amplifies and supports you. Feel
the experience of the I Am that I Am as you express out into the physical
world your power of spoken word and mastery of self. Feel yourself as you

establish the eternal connection to who you are - the connectedness that
can never, ever be taken away. See it and project it out into the threedimensional reality and receive it back into the seventh chakra where you
access or re-access who you truly are in that ascended state where you
bring that energy into completion.
As this energy comes in from above and below, it fills out a circle around
you, becoming a self-sustaining field of nourishment, support, joy, healing,
love, abundance... ALL that you are.
Breathe into it. Allow it to come into and permeate you. Welcome home.
This is who you truly are.

WHEN WE WANT SOMETHING DIFFERENT, WE HAVE TO
VIBRATE SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
We We are energy generators. There is a vibratory relationship with every
single thing. Its an ebb/flow, give/take, cause/effect.
We start the relationship, so what we give out is what comes back.
What are you thinking/believing?
There are 4 steps to changing your thoughts and beliefs:
1. Recognize what your situation is. Example: I dont have money, Im in
debt. I want more money. I dont want to feel this way anymore. I dont
want the stress.
To shift ANY situation, you must be Be true, honest, real with it.
2. Acknowledge WHO created it
YOU did. We all create our own reality. Take responsibility.
And then ask, Why did I create that reality?
Grab a pen and paper and write down 10 things you would have to believe
in order to create this particular situation in which you believe you are.
Write down whatever comes to you.
When you get to the ah-ha, then go to step 3.
3. Release. Forgiveness of yourself, your parents, whoever you mightve
gained that from. Do whatever energetic releasing you need to do here.
There are so many beautiful process to release - meditate, write, read, hike.
4. Change. What do you want to believe instead? Start from an energetic
perspective, not just affirmations. FEEL from inside your soul what you
WANT to believe and live and drink in that new energy and embody and
feel what life would be like in the abundance of this new belief.
