Mission

Action Plans
ELAR instructors will utilize APEX learning with all Fall 2016 ELAR I/II
STAAR re-testers to achieve 60% passing rate or higher on the
December STAAR re-test. The ELAR Instructional Coach will maintain
the database along with collect student achievement scores for data
tracking. Funding will be provided through Title 1 funds, the use of APEX
Learning will begin in September 2016 through December 2016.

-Monthly report
The Principal will form a Technology Grant Writing Committee for the
2017-2018 SY. The committee will be volunteer based. The committee
will research and apply for campus technology grants for teachers,
students, and parents. The committee will meet monthly after school
hours to complete applications, and minutes will be submitted to the
Principal monthly.

Campus Tech:
The Principal will request that the district IT Department fund a full time
campus technician for the 2017-2018 SY to maintain campus
technology, including software installation, iPads, equipment repair, and
internet connections. The campus technician will maintain and submit
monthly reports to the District IT Department.

The Principal will allocate campus funds to create a full time instructional
technologist position for the 2017-2018 SY to coach and assist teachers,
students, and parents with technology integration. The instructional
technologist will document and present a monthly report to the Principal.
