Regions Brochure Product Descriptor

WHAT:
You will create a tri-fold brochure of one of the three major land regions of Maine. The trifold will include:
The name of the region
Your name, the date, Block 3 or 4?
Three geographic features of the land region
Three natural resources in this region
Three products/services that come from the industries in your region
A photo(s) of geography of the region: cite the website if you have used one for the picture
A photo(s) of economy in the area: cite the website if you have used one for the picture
A photo of your favorite town/city in the region with a one-two sentence caption of why. If youve
never been to one, which city/town would you like to visit and why?

We have learned a lot about the geography and natural resources in the three regions of Maine.
Use this knowledge to construct a response that outlines the important connection between the
geography and economy of Maine. Using the constructed response format, answer the following
question: How does the geography of this particular region support the economy of Maine?
