Role and Responsibilities:
My role is to streamline design and development activities for new products.
Responsible for new projects as per business plans and to interact with customer and do follow up.
Study of new enquiry / accessing new product feasibility / process development / improvement / process
planning and co-ordination.
Executing APQP for new product development and monitors the same effectively in order to maintain target
date.
Effectively utilize customer standards and engineering practices on assigned programs.
Well versed with development documentation like APQP, PPAP, PFD, PQCS and PFMEA.
Developing single flow system and establishing process flow charts and control plans for new products.
Understanding and fulfilling customers PPAP requirements.
QAV-I & QAV-II of customers.
Responsible for trials and correction on the basis of trial results.
Inspection of parts produced during trials and alteration of process parameters if required.
Submit samples / pilot lot as per timeline plan.

 After customer approval, sign off new product to production and quality team after achieving set targets on
productivity and quality,
All ECN received from customer or production review & implement with in time.
Rejection analysis and control of new products.
Ensuring preventive & corrective maintenance of dies to minimize breakdown and enhance to produce
quality product.
Ensuring all the activities as per QS, TS16949, OHSAS 18001 & 5S system and maintaining all the
supporting documents.

Company Profile: Alicon castalloy manufacturing the cylinder head for Hero Moto Corp., Honda Motorcycle &
Scooters Ltd., Maruti Suzuki India ltd., Eicher Tractors and Supporting bracket and manifold for Sona Koyo in Low
pressure die casting (LPDC) & Gravity die casting (GDC).

Glamour for Hero Moto corp.

Developed the die of CBR250, CB Stunner, Activa, CB Shine and Unicorn 160 for Honda motorcycle &
scooters.

Developed the die of Gixxer 150, Hayate, Heat, Lets and Access for the Suzuki motorcycle.

Best New Product Development award for CBR250 Die Development (Cylinder Head) from Honda.

Conversion of two cavity die into three cavity or four cavity.
