Persyaratan peserta Diklat Pelaut IV Peningkatan Kompetensi Kepelautan bidang keahlian nautika
adalah pemilik sertifikat Ahli Nautika Tingkat V (ANT V) yang memiliki :
The Requirements for Participants undertaking Education and Training for Deck Officer Class IV are the
holders of Certificate of Competency Deck Officer Class V who possess :
1. Usia sekurang kurangnya 18 tahun (Age not less than 18 years old) ;
2. Surat Tanda Tamat Pendidikan Kepelautan (STTPK) Diklat Pelaut V (DP V) bidang keahlian
nautika berdasarkan STCW 1978 Amendemen 1995 Manila atau Sertifikat pendidikan dan pelatihan
kepelautan (SPPK) Diklat Pelaut V (DP-V) bidang keahlian nautika sesuai STCW Amendemen 2010
Manila atau ijazah Ahli Nautika Kapal Penangkap Ikan II (ANKAPIN II) ;
A Letter of Education and Training Completion for Seafarer Competency Class V based on STCW
1978 Amendments 1995 or Certificate of Education and Training for Deck Officer Class V (DOC - V)
in accordance with the 2010 STCW Manila Amendments or School Certificate of Deck Officer Class II
for fishering ship ;
3. Masa layar paling sedikit 30 (tiga puluh) bulan atau ANT V Manajemen memiliki masa layar paling
sedikit 12 (dua belas) bulan atau ;
Approved seagoing service not less than 30 month or have approved seagoing service not less than 12
month for certification as Deck Officer Class V at Management Level or ;
4. Sertifikat Ahli Nautika Kapal Penangkap Ikan II (ANKAPIN-II) memiliki masa layar paling sedikit 60
(enam puluh) bulan dan setelah menyelesaikan Diklat Pelaut IV bidang keahlian nautika wajib
kembali menyelesaikan praktek laut (PRALA) sebagai bagian dari Diklat Pelaut IV bidang keahlian
nautika untuk memperoleh masa layar yang diakui paling sedikit 12 (dua belas) bulan sebagai kadet
yang didokumentasikan didalam buku catatan pelatihan yang diakui (approved training record book)
dan bagian dari masa layarnya telah melaksanakan tugas dinas jaga di anjungan, dibawah supervisi
Nakhoda atau perwira yang berkompeten dengan periode paling sedikit 6 (enam) bulan ;
Hold in Deck Officer Class II certificate for fishering ship with approved seagoing service not less than
60 months and after completion education and training for Deck Officer Class - IV has to completed
approved seagoing service for 12 month as a cadet is documented in an approved training record book
and have perform, during the requre seagoing service, bridge watchkeping duties under the supervision
of the master or a qualified officer for a period of not less than six months ;
5. Sertifikat keterampilan khusus pelaut (Certificates of Proficiency training for seafarers) :
a. Basic Safety Training (BST) ;
b. Advance Fire Fighting (AFF) ;
c. Survival Craft and Rescue Boat (SCRB) ;
d. Medical First Aid (MFA) ;
e. Radar Simulator (RS) ;
f. Operator Radio Terbatas GMDSS ;
g. Security Awareness (AW) dan ;
h. Sertifikat keterampilan khusus pelaut lainnya untuk kepentingan pengawakan pada kapal tipe
tertentu sesuai peraturan pengawakan kapal niaga ;
Other Certificates of Proficiency for certain types of ship-manning in accordance with Merchant
Marine Regulations ;

6. Sertifikat kesehatan dari rumah sakit atau lembaga kesehatan lainnya yang mendapat
(pengakuan/penetapan/penunjukan) dari dokter yang telah ditunjuk oleh Direktorat Jenderal
Perhubungan Laut ;
Medical Certificate from hospital or other medical institutions as approved by the Directorate General
for Sea Transportation ;
7. Surat kenal lahir/ akte lahir ;
Birth Certificate;
8. KTP atau tanda bukti diri lainnya yang sah;
Personal Identitiy Card or other legal ones;
9. Lulus seleksi penerimaan calon peserta diklat.
Passed admission test.
