REGULATIONS (IRR)
I. Requirements for Participating Local Chapter:
1. The Confirmation Form (document attached) shall be sent to JPIA
SPCs official e-mail address: jpiasanpablocolleges@yahoo.com on or
before November 21, 2016.
Each local chapter shall send 5 participants per level for the
academic competition.
Each local chapter may send a maximum of 4 spectators along
with a maximum of 2 coaches/advisers.
2. Each local chapter shall send the schools logo or seal along with the
Confirmation form on or before November 21, 2016.
3. Photocopy of academic cup participants School Identification
Cards (IDs) and Certification of Enrolment/Enrolment Form/Enrolment
Printout must be presented upon registration on December 10, 2016.
Participants are required to bring their Identification Cards (I.D). A participant
who fails to bring his/her I.D must pay additional Php50.00 upon registration
4. T h e r e s h a l l b e a fee of Php200.00 (inclusive of registration fee,
lunch, snack and souvenir item) per participants and spectators. Advisers
and coaches are free from paying the said fee.
5. A change in the composition of the participants must be communicated to the
Event Coordinator 5 days before the competition (December 5, 2016)
6. The 7th PGM CUP PROGRAM shall be sent to the participating Local
Chapters e-mail addresses on December 5, 2016.

Macasaet (PGM) Cup

The 7th PGM Cup is open to all bonafide Accountancy students.

There will be two rounds: The Elimination Round and The Final Round.

The Vice President for Academics shall have the sole authority over the
conduct of the academic events. He shall be given the power to change or
modify the rules, in consultation with the JPIA President and JPIA adviser,
whenever necessary to preserve the integrity of the event. His decision shall
be final and irrevocable.

ELIMINATION ROUND
The Elimination round is divided into four (4) levels. The topics covered are as follows:

The Elimination Round will be a Raise-your-Board round.

Participants are allowed to use only non-programmable calculators

All questions are provided by the National Review Center (NRC).

Answers provided are deemed final answers. No protests and


clarifications shall be raised and likewise be entertained.

Each level is divided into Easy, Average and Difficult round. The
number of questions, time allotment and the corresponding points for
each round are as follows:
