without distractions on two legs with BIKINI BOTTOMS AND TOPS ?

To me the workers can be even PRISONERS OR TRUSTEES as we need guards for

the equipment and all those 4 WHEEL ATV BEACH BUGGIES, SHOVELS, CB RADIO'S
WITH SPEAKERS, TRAILERS WITH BARRELS FOR GATHERING IN CONTAMINATED SOIL AND
SAND PLUS OIL PARTICLES WHICH NEED SPECIAL HANDLING TO STOP KILLING LATER !

Workers can sleep, bathe and eat good food taken by BUSSES to various MOTELS
AND HOTELS to sleep all day, swim and relax then come back to work SUNSET TO
SUNRISE then back after cleaning up, getting rid of contaminated clothing
and even if necessary washing oil off on the beach secure area and vehicle.
PORTA POTTIES one per site plus AMBULANCE ONE PER SITE ! All vehicles and
ships or boats should have DOT SILVER REFLECTIVE TAPE showing the number
assigned which matches the CB RADIO NUMBER ASSIGNMENT WITH PA SPEAKER AND
MAGNETIC MOUNT ANTENNA allowing two workers to leave the vehicle but still
listen on assigned frequencies for messages directed to them only.
S.P.O.T. GPS locator held by SUPERVISORS ONLY on beach units to call in
helicopter for emergency rescue and transport to hospital should anyone
become a TARGET from drive bye shooter !

Crews can clean up containers perhaps 55 gallon drums with oil/sand/dirt

plus clothing and gloves or booties during day as the units would be stored
in a marked area on the beach with security guard and refueling plus
maintenance done changing whatever is necessary for the next work shift.
MAINT WORKERS CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT ALONG WITH SECURITY GUARDS AFTER ALL
EQUIPMENT IS PICKED UP AND NEW MAINTENANCE SECTION SET UP DOWN THE BEACH AT
A DETERMINED AREA DISTANCE.

Guess you didn't see the use of beach cleanup at NIGHT saving the "I can
only work 20 MINUTES IN THIS HEAT !" Also remember for DAYLIGHT WORK that
WALGREEN'S HAS SPF 50 and perhaps WALMART HAS SPF 100 6 foot diameter BEACH
TYPE UMBRELLA WHICH CAN BE TIED TO ATV FRAMES to keep sun off of workers on
the 4 wheeled ATV as they can ride and reach over to pick up materials then
put it in barrels on carts with wheels like outriggers if necessary PLUS the

inverter or SOLAR GENERATOR is unlimited for 250 watt contractor lights like
we use on roads PLUS the vehicles can have markings with DOT TAPE to stop
each other from RUNNING OVER workers OR vehicles !

One National Guard Unit can monitor and mark locations of each and every vessel,
ship, boat or boom application areas also using CB Radio's with even lantern batteries to
communicate plus each boat is already numbered with DOT SILVER TAPE allowing
any helicopter to see the number and use of SOLAR GENERATOR or battery
connection for 250 watt contractor lights allows any boat with an emergency
to signal with a S.P.O.T. or call over CB Channel 9 then flash lights up
into sky signal to helicopter or aircraft who can swoop down and pick up any
injured worker or worker in an emergency such as heart attack or breathing
problem.

ANYONE EVER CONSIDER HOW IMPORTANT AND CHEAP THE CB RADIO IS TO

USE LIKE US OLD TIMERS USED YEARS BEFORE ? I have four units here with
only two with PA CAPABILITY AND PEOPLE CAN HEAR ME TALK WITH PA FOR BLOCKS
PLUS A RECORDER CAN PLAY A SPECIFIC WARNING OR MESSAGE TO ALL IN A FLASH
USING A DIGITAL RECORDER PRE RECORDED MESSAGE WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS.

COULD EVEN WORK ON THE INTERIOR OF THE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION SEATING AREAS
TO GIVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT THE $100.00 UNCLE COST PER UNIT FOR 500 UNITS
WOULD ALLOW IN A HURRICANE COMMUNICATING WITH ALL FORCES WHERE YOU CANNOT
LOOSE THE TRANSMISSION STATION AS YOU ARE IT ! PUT THE CB RADIO ANTENNA ON
A SHIP TALL MAST LASHED AND TUNED AND YOU CAN TALK 20 MILES OR SO EASILY
FROM SEA POINT A TO POINT B OR ON A BEACH YOU CAN USE THAT SAME VERITICAL
ANTENNA ON A COMMAND CENTER AND TALK WITH ALL SHIPS, BOATS, CREWS AND BEACH
CLEANUP AREAS IN ONE CLICK OF THE MIKE !

Former Law Enforcement Officer Reginald Roundtree was informed by ME
