significado dando una idea de su mayor o menor intensidad.
VERB COLLOCATIONS
Algunos verbos van seguidos de palabras o expresiones que siempre estn asociados a
ellos, y esa unin es lo que se llama collocation.
Lose inters (perder inters)
Gain experience (ganar experiencia)
Take, make y do son tres casos tpicos, pues ciertas palabras (con algunas excepciones
como decisin) solo se pueden utilizar con uno u otro.
Young scientists are taking part in the investigation. (Cientficos jvenes estn
participando en la investigacin.)
We must make a decision about this. (Debemos tomar una decision sobre esto.)
Ill do my best to finish the Project tonight. (Har todo lo posible para terminar el
trabajo esta noche.)
