ADVERBS OF DEGREE

Son los que acompaan a algunos adjetivos o a otros adverbios para matizar su
significado dando una idea de su mayor o menor intensidad.

Not at all (nada)


Slightly (ligeramente)
A bit (un poco)
Fairly (bastante)
Pretty (bastante)
Rather (bastante)
Quite (muy, bastante)

VERB COLLOCATIONS
Algunos verbos van seguidos de palabras o expresiones que siempre estn asociados a
ellos, y esa unin es lo que se llama collocation.

Take, make y do son tres casos tpicos, pues ciertas palabras (con algunas excepciones
como decisin) solo se pueden utilizar con uno u otro.
