The publication of ISO/FDIS 9001 on 9th July 2015 is the latest stage in the ISO 9001 revision process. This is
the last formal draft before final publication of the formal revised version (currently scheduled for September
2015). As the convention is that only typographical and grammatical changes to the text are permitted between
the issue of the FDIS and final publication of the revised version, we can be reasonably confident that the FDIS
9001 contains those requirements which will be in that final published version.
