Begin my professional career as a medical dosimetrist within a progressive

CLINICAL INTERNSHIP AT MCLAREN CANCER CENTER, FLINT, MI (JAN 2016PRESENT) GRADUATION DATE DEC 2016
14 month online coursework and 1 year clinical internship as a medical dosimetry student where I
successfully created various treatment plans under the supervision of certified medical
dosimetrists, physicists and radiation oncologists. Participation and observation with
brachytherapy LDR and HDR planning, Tomotherapy planning, simulation procedures,
treatments and quality assurance.
Successfully and independently created over 60 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT plans
that were successfully delivered to patients in Varians Eclipse TPS.
Assisted and observed with over 200 plans.
Created and calculated PROTON therapy plans.
Experience with ARIA record and verify system for transferring patient plans and documents
Successful rigid and deformable image and previous dose registration within VELOCITY.
BILLING for procedure codes 77293, 77295, 77300, 77301, 77334,77338, and more.
Job duties varied from front desk receptionist on Rad Onc floor, chemo floor, hematology floor
and Med Onc floors. Additional duties included: physician phone line, switchboard operator,
PET scan scheduler, insurance verification (experience calling for insurance authorizations) and
more.

MROQC Oct 2016 Attended the Michigan Radiation Oncology Quality Committees conference in
East Lansing. In addition, participated in MROQC studies at McLaren.
AAMD 2017/2018 Earned a free pass to the 2017 or 2018 national AAMD conference.
